A fan named (HankTheTurtle) from superherohype made this suit and for me IS AWESOME and so far the best superman suit ever made.... by far is better than the one of the dc reboot of jim lee... but this suit is modern and classic at the same time here are some shots and many variations...






what is your opinion? do you think this suit is needed for man of steel? do you like the jim lee reboot suit more than this suit?

I know the guy who made this, he's really talented. This is the type of suit I'd like to see in MOS.

id say its safe to change the siut. its been done to LITERALLY every hero to go on screen i can think of. Batman, X-Men, Watchmen, GL (ok not Iron Man) but its ok to change it as long as its not as redicilous as Burton's version.

I dont like how the shading brings out the love handles on these pics so i guess the 3rd one

i like these as a minor tweak to the classic suit, but i honestly want to see the underwear gone. that is one thing that i believe is holding Superman back with the general public. you have Batman rolling out in this high tech armor badass suit and then you have Superman rolling out with his underwear outside his pants.

it just takes what should be an iconic character and makes him campy in the minds of a lot of people.
