Yeah oldman is pretty much the definitive Gordon.

I just tried to keep my Cast as "new" as possible :)

Man oh man do I ever not want to think about another reboot of Batman.

Maybe a screenwriter could work off of where Nolan leaves it in The Dark Knight Rises.

IF that would happen...

Ugh, I don't know. I'm thinking so far away from Batman right now - I want him to leave Gotham and find his bromance. Someone to match with Henry Cavill.

I was actually thinking that If they do reboot Batman that they should cast Ryan Gosling as Harvey Dent. He's a damn good actor although I thought he was soo frickin boring in Drive.

Batman is their income, but I hear ya.

There is so much potential with DC, far more than with Marvel. Their properties aren't split between Sony, Fox, and Disney. They could create a growing continuity with as many characters as they please, but they're just sitting on their hands.

Thought about it some more. I'd really like to see Hush... as in Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee's Hush. Instead of pouring in all the villains (backstory is required), they could be substituted for similar style criminals. Like instead of Killer Croc, throw in some big muscle. I don't see why Ivy can't be put into a movie in all of her glory, although it may not be a good idea to use Hush as a starting point. Perhaps the Mad Hatter instead?

You could probably get away with leaving the entire League of Assassins portion out, so long as you come up with an alternate motivation for the Riddler running scared, if he's in there at all.

Can't think of a different Batman right off-hand, but I'd like to see Emily Blunt as Catwoman, and although Joseph Gordon Levitt would have made an excellent Tommy, I'd have to pick Ryan Gosling. Cary Elwes for Riddler - he has that perfect snobbish quality.

Drive was such a disappointment. He'd make a good Two-Face.

Daniel Craig would be a great jim Gordon for a live action Batman Year One

I'd say Armie Hammer would work if you're going for a Batman: Year One Bats.

A Year One type movie would most likely be the way WB would aproach a new Batman flick. If not they may do a year two or a year three type movie so they dont have to do an elaborate origin story again.

haven't seen alison brie in anything but community so i don't know the range she has but i'm going to say no to that one - don't think she could overcome the high school vibe she comes off to do catwoman justice

Watch Mad Men. Alison has a really wide range in the acting departement.

No more reboots.

Continue the story and give us older and more experienced Bats who trains himself the sidekick/sidekicks.
James Caviezel as Batman!
