With Nolan's trilogy done and over with, it's time to start fresh with the franchise. Warner seems to doing just that. With Justice League supposedly coming out in 2015, your guess is as good as mine of when it will come out. Now, most of this cast dose have some actors that were rumored for their respective parts. That's mainly because I do think they fit the role and do deserve a chance to give their own take on it, along with whoever WB/DC gets to direct.
Jim Caviezel as Batman
I put Caviezel in the role for my Justice League cast, with positive results. He's been a fan choice for a while, and it's not hard to see why. His character on Person of Interest dose share some personality similarites with Batman.
Doug Bradley as Alfred
I've seen the likes of Ian McKellen, Christopher Lee, and Anothy Hopkins mentioned for this role. Bradley, who I put as a possible voice for Thanos, hasen't been featured in much at all on here. I do believe he is a very underrated actor, with his greatest claim to fame being Pinhead. He's the right age and has the right accent. He'd play Alfred perfectly.
Drew Roy as Richard Grayson
I know he's best known for his roles in those rather unfunny teen sitcoms. But he's been on more shows now that would make mes see him in this role. He's the right age and he can fight great. I bet most of you expected Logan Lerman, but I do have him in another role on this cast.
Leighton Meester as Batgirl
I'm aware Emma Stone is everyone's pick for this role. Originally, she was my choice before she played Gwen Stacy. Let's keep those Ryan Reyolds incidents out of DC and Marvel. Meester has proven to be a great actress, and she's around the right age as Barabra Gordon. Plus, the romance between her and Drew would be worth seeing.
Logan Lerman as Tim Drake
This is the role I have Lerman in. He's been a fan pick for Robin, but there's only so many casts that label him as Grayson or Drake. Though, it seems Drake is the better option. Having seen him in Percy Jackson and 3:10 to Yuma, I do agree.
William H. Macy as Jim Gordon
He looks the part and can certainly act it. Macy's role in many films and tv shows proves he can handle a very serious role. He's even played Aaron Herbst and Karros on Batman Beyond. I think he'd nail this role perfectly.
Carl Wheathers as Lucius Fox
He hasen't been in much that would make you think "Lucious Fox", I'm sure. Wheathers has proven himself a very dramatic actor, which is something Fox needs. Morgan Freeman sealed the deal with that easily, and Wheathers could do just the same.
Jim Carrey as Joker
Carrey appeared in this role for my Justice League fan cast, and most liked him. Despite bein a comedian, he has taken on a few serious roles during his movie carrer. He has the smile and the laugh. He would be great as the Joker.
Alison Brie as Harley Quinn
We all know that Madonna was rumored of this part. Seeing as how shes' too old for the part now, I think Brie would be a sutable canidate. I chose her because of that, and her role on Madmen. Not to mention she has ther perfect voice for the role.
Joe Pesci as Penguin
It's honestly superise me no one has thought of him for the role. I think his role in the Home Alone franchise has proven he can play a theif perfectly. That and his height makes him a perfect canidate for Penguin.
Danny Trejo as Bane
Let me start off by saying I did enjoy Tom Hardy's performance in TDKR. Trejo has been a fan favourite of mine for a while. He's spanish, he's got and the physique. As an added bounus, he actually voices the character on Young Justice. I think he suits the role just fine.
Christina Hendricks as Poison Ivy
A fan favourite of most, and it's not hard to see why. She looks exactly like the character, even more so then Uma Therman. Her role in the show Madmen, like Brie, makes her a strong canidate. With Hendricks, I think we might get a more accurate portrayl of the character, which depends on the director.
Jeff Goldblum as Scarecrow
He was rumored for the part in the uprouduced Batman Triumphant. He certainly has the look, and played a scientist in Cats & Dogs. I think he deserves a shot at playing the character.
Liev Schreiber as Two Face
He was on the short list for the role in The Dark Knight before Eckhart was chosen. Harvey Dent starts out with the good guys, but after his face burning, that changed. Schrieber can play both good and bad characters, so this should be a walk in the park for him.
Kate Beckinsale as Catwoman
I think this choice speaks for itself. Beckinsale expressed interest in the role, but lost to Hathaway. She's already been in a catsuit, and she's a pretty good fighter in Underworld. While not the best recieved of films, she did good in the part. Catwoman wouldn't be that hard of a role for her.
Niel Patrick Harris as Riddler
I've got to admit, it was a suprise to hear he was rumored for this role in TDKR. It's an interesting choice no doubt. I know he's not everyone's idea of Riddler, but playing a quircky and pshycho-eaque character is something Harris could do with ease.
Mark Linn-Baker as Man Bat
Man Bat was to appear in not one but two Batman films after Batman and Robin. Batman Triumphant being the first and Batman DarKnight being the second. Linn Baker was to play Man Bat's human alter ego Dr. Langstorm. He's actually not a bad option, considering his role in Perfect Strangers.
Rowan Atkinson as Mad Hatter
He was to costar with Linn-Baker and Goldblum in the role in Batman Triumphant. I think he's a good choice due to his comedic acting. That and the fact seems to be a fan choice for the role for the Alice in Wonderland version of the character. I think he deserves a shot at it. if not him, then Martin Short will do.
Jed Harris as Hugo Strange
I know I may gettin redundent with the Madmen actors on this cast. Tom Hardy has been a fan choice, but he ended up being Bane instead. Harris certainly looks like Strange. He seems like a good choice. I would've gone with Ben Kingsley, but he's going to portray the Mandarin in Ironman 3.
Derek Mears as Mr. Freeze
Patrick Stewart is a fan choice for the role, but he may be a bit too old and Xavier suits him better in my opinion. Derek Mears knows how to portray a cunning but threating character, with roles as Pluto or the Predator. He's big enough and it would give a chance to speak instead of being a silent character.
Ron Perlman as Clayface (voice)
I'll admit, it was suprising to learn that he voiced the character on Batman the animated series. It didn't really sound much like him, but they probably ended up changing his voice for the character. With that said, it would be a dream come true for Perlman to voice the character in live action.
Kevin Grevioux as Killer Croc
I think this one speaks for itself. His role and voice in Underworld as Raze makes him a perfect canidate for the role. Raze looked suprisingly like Killer Croc and had a good voice to back him up. I know he's been put in this role several times, but there's no denying he's perfect for the role.
Well, that's my cast. I'll admit, it's not very original but I wanted to give actors that were rumored for certain parts a chance since they never did on film. So noone state it isn't original, because I'll even admit it isn't.
