Breaking News! Victor Zsasz has escaped from Arkham once again. By some miracle nobody was killed in his escape, but with a sociopath like Victor it's only a matter of time before he claims yet another victim.
Bruce is shocked
BRUCE

INT. BAT CAVE-NIGHT
BRUCE is sitting at the bat computer.
ALFRED
What are you doing sir?
BRUCE
Doing research on Zsasz’s attacks to see where he’s gonna strike next.
ALFRED
Any luck yet?
BRUCE
No. All of his crime patterns don’t have any connection.
ALFRED
Maybe he’s just doing his criminal acts randomly
BRUCE
Please Alfred. All criminal acts have something tying them together. What do you think he’s killing for fun?
ALFRED
Well, that’s what it seems like si-
BRUCE
Alfred, please leave me
ALFRED

INT. BATCAVE - BATMAN'S COSTUME ROOM - NIGHT
A bat belt buckle snaps together. A cape falls into place. Close-up of the Bat insignia on the chest armor. A gloved hand reaches for a batarang.
BATMAN jumps onto the bat cycle. He drives out of the Bat cave.
CUTS TO:
EXT. GAS STATION-NIGHT
The S.W.A.T team and police are surrounding the gas station.
COMMISSIONIER GORDON is standing next to two officers infront of a police car. BATMAN lands on top of the car. The officers scream except Comm. Gordon.
OFFICER 1
How did…how did you…?
COMM. GORDON
You get used to it.
COMM. GORDON turns around.
COMM. GORDON (CONT’D)
Thanks for coming. Maybe you could get the hostages out.
COMM. GORDON turns back around
COMM. GORDON (CONT’D)
They’ve been in there for 4 hours now. Can you do it…Batman?
COMM. GORDON turns around and BATMAN is gone.

COMM. GORDON
