CUT TO:
INT. GAS STATION-NIGHT
MR. ZSASZ is staring down infront of his hostages. He takes out a knife.
The blade soaked in blood. He licks it off slowly. The hostages are
sweating and straining to get out. MALE HOSTAGE 1 screams into the duct
tape around his mouth trying to break free from the ropes.
MR. ZSASZ
There’s no point in straining…The more you strain the better your chances
of becoming the SECOND hostage to die…ha, ha, ha, ha.
MALE HOSTAGE 1 starts to strain even more. Mr. ZSASZ takes out a knife
lifts it over his head then BATMAN swoops in and knocks Mr. Zsasz to the
floor.
MR. ZSASZ
Batman. What an expected surprise.
MR. ZSASZ picks up his knife, stands up and charges at BATMAN. He swings
for Batman’s head but batman dodges it and throws a punch at Zsasz. Zsasz
is sent down to the ground.
MR. ZSASZ
GET ‘EM
All of MR. ZSASZ GOONs charge for BATMAN. One throws a punch from behind
why’ll another tries to kick from the front. Batman Moves to the side and
the goons hit each other causing them to fall to the ground. Batman beats
up the rest of them. Then Mr. Zsasz throws a knife for Batman’s head.
Batman steps out of the way then grabs the handle. Batman lunges for Mr.
Zsasz and tackles him to the ground. He then paralyzes Mr. Zsasz. He
releases the hostages and sends the police in.
COMM. GORDON
Nice work Batman.
COMM. GORDON turns around and see’s the bat cycle drive out of the gas
station and off into the night.
CUT TO:
INT-OFFICE ROOM-NIGHT
JACK is standing at the front of the desk. A MYSTERIOUS MAN is sitting in
the chair behind the desk. The chair is turned around so you can’t see the
man.
JACK
BUT YOU SAID YOU WOULD GIVE ME THE MONEY!!
MYSTERIOUS MAN
I don’t like that tone.
JACK
I DID WHAT YOU ASKED
MYSTERIOUS MAN
Not in the way I wanted it to happen.
JACK
You, you b-
MYSTERIOUS MAN
Get out…GET OUT!
JACK
Sir I’m sorry…I, I di-
MYSTERIOUS MAN
SHUTUP AND GET OUT OR GET SHOT!
JACK walks out of the room.
JACK (WHISPER)
I’ll get you Falcone…I’ll get you.
CUT TO:
INT. BALLROOM-NIGHT
BRUCE is seen standing talking to three girls. ALFRED motions him to come
towards him
BRUCE
Excuse me
BRUCE walks over to ALFRED clearly pissed.
BRUCE (CONT’D)
Alfred, please don’t interrupt when I’m working my charm.
ALFRED
But Master Wayne, this is very important
BRUCE
What is it?
ALFRED
At the docks, there is a shootout between Falcone and Maroni’s
gangs.
BRUCE
I think the police can handle that Alfred
ALFRED
They have 50% of the police force in the shootout as well.
Close up on the face of BRUCE. He turns his annoyed looking face into a
serious one.
EXT. DOCKS-NIGHT
You see gangsters behind barrels of oil and boxes shooting and dodging
bullets. Police are doing the same. They are in the formation of a
triangle. The police are farthest back, and the gangs across from each
other.
EXT. ROOFTOP-NIGHT
A man wearing a trench coat and a Red Mask holds a rocket launcher in his
hands.
MAN
It’s time to pay Falcone.
The man fires the missile and it hits an oil barrel causing a MASSIVE
explosion, destroying most of the docks and killing most of the gang
members and police officers.
EXT. STREET-NIGHT
BATMAN is scene on the bat-cycle. He sees the explosion in the distance. He
looks up to the left and he sees a man wearing a trench coat and a Red Mask
running away. Batman pulls infront of the building and little spikes eject
from the tires. He rides up the building and when he gets to the top the
man with the red mask is there waiting for him.
MAN
Well, looks like he decided to show up!
BATMAN
Who are you?
MAN
I’m your worst nightmare. I’m the thing that the monsters under your bed
have nightmares about. I’m the wild card out of the deck…I’m the Red Hood
