Giganta- Ability to grow, super strength
Gorilla Grodd- Super-intelligence, super strength
Riddler- Puzzle creation, problem solving
Scarecrow- Fear gas
Sinestro-Yellow power ring
Solomon Grundy- super strength, invulnerability
Toyman- Creates destructive toys

Toad- Superhuman leg strength and endurance, agility, reflexes, coordination, a superhuman ability to leap great distances.
Quicksilver- Capable of moving and thinking at superhuman speeds

Mastermind- illusion casting
Blob- superhuman strength, endurance, and great resistance to physical injury
Unus the Untouchable- generate a field of invisible psionic energy around his body
Lorelei- hypnotically paralyze men by singing
Vanisher- teleport himself, his clothes, and any amount of additional mass
Astra- ability to reduce her density in order to become intangible
