After watching the previous films, Michael Bay not only casted some people at random but he also casted some of the most commonly heard voice artists people most frequently hear on TV in LA. Sometimes it's not the best kind of voices Bay includes in the film, but with Transformers 4 script still being developed, now is the perfect time to present to Bay and everyone else online on the voice actors we want to hear doing many new autobot and decepticon characters in the 4th movie and since Bay want to make it more serious by avoiding such outrageous stupidity and humor, we are going to want him to cast the best suitable voice actors for the film. But remember, anyone who has done a character that has been killed off will not be allowed to return, except Frank Welker and Leonard Nimoy. Also, instead of letting Bay waste too much of his time casting voice actors that are extremely common or from shows airred in Cartoon Network, we should convince him to cast the voices that we heard in Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes and in popular video games like Batman Arkham City.
Now here are good examples of People that we want Michael Bay to cast as voices of the autobot and decepticon characters for the fourth installment that should sound serious and awesome enough for fans to hear:
Peter Cullen

Peter Cullen is so far the only person that will be returning to the film series to reprise his role as Optimus Prime. Not only was he the original voice of the character but because his voice is the best fitting for everyone to enjoy.
Lance Henriksen
Lance Henriksen is one of LA's most popular actor in sci-fi movies like Aliens. He is also well known for voicing villains in many popular shows like Transformers Animated, Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Legend of Korra, and Tron Uprising with a deep and dark tone. He would be the perfect candadite to voice Transformers 4's main decepticon villain.
Leonard Nimoy
Leonard Nimoy is most known for portraying Spock in the original Star Trek series. He voiced Sentinel Prime in Transformers Dark of the Moon who ended up a traitor instead of a useful ally and had to be executed by Optimus for his crimes against Earth. But depending on how Transformers 4 will turn up as, there may be a chance that Sentinel will return as a reformed character. Still, most of you on the other hand wouldn't want Sentinel Prime to return because of what Bay and his crew did that made him a disappointment so here's the deal, if Michael Bay does not get Sentinel Prime's vehicle back on set for the new movie and or if Leonard Nimoy doesn't make it in time to reprise his role, then the chances of the character's return will be denied.
Steve Blum
Steven Jay Blum is very popular for his voice acting career in LA for doing a massive number of roles in anime, animation, and video games. He is also fan of Transformers as he enjoys working with both Peter Cullen and Frank Welker, two of the franchise's original voice actors. Blum would make an excellent addition to the fourth installment as the voice of a decepticon.
Colleen O'Shaughnessey
Colleen O'Shaughnessey is a very popular voice actress known for voice acting in both anime and animated shows as well as video games. Some of the characters she does are mostly the more responsible characters like Jazz Fenton from Danny Phantom and Janet Van Dyne/The Wasp from Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes. And with Michael Bay conidering Transformers 4 to be more serious than the first three films, Colleen should serve as an excellent candidate for the role of a new female autobot that Bay is expected to include as a noble member of Optimus Prime's new squad of autobots.
Robin Atkin Downes
Robin Atkin Downes is popular in LA for his voice work in shows, films and video games. Downes often provides the voice of certain villains like Baron Zemo from Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Mumm-Ra from the new 2011 Thundercats series as well as foreign characters. He may have voiced a prime from Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, but he should return by voicing a serious decepticon in the 4th installment as a professional.
James Avery
James Avery is most popular to fans for playing Uncle Phil in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. He was supposed to voice Silverbolt in Transformers Dark of the Moon but the character never showed up because Michael Bay was being too fricken lazy to include a jet autobot all because he did not listen to fans sooner on what they want. Hopefully, if Michael Bay does include any kind of autobot jet character, Avery is still on the debate for the role of that character.
Miguel Ferrer
Miguel Ferrer is a film actor who appeared in the Titanic movie but is more known to fans for voicing the villain Shan Yu from Mulan. Infact, he is often heard on animated shows as villains like Sinestro, Silvermane, and currently Vandal Savage. He would make an excellent edition to the fourth film by voicing the decepticon Scourge.
Brian Bloom
Brian Bloom is most recognized for voicing Captain America in Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes. For that, he would make a fine voice for one of the new autobots for Michael Bay's fourth and rumored to be last Transformers film in the franchise.
Brad Garrett
Brad Garrett is one of the original voice artists from the first Transformers cartoon as he provided the voice for Trypticon. He is often heard in Disney/Pixar movies and other animated films. Still he would be an excellent choice for Michael Bay to include as one of the new decepticons.
Chris Cox
Chris Cox is known best for his role as Hawkeye in Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes. He is often heard in video games like the first Star Wars Battlefront game and Batman Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. Chances are that he may be casted as an autobot or a decepticon character depending on how Michael Bay sees it.
Kevin Grevioux
While having to have done only a few voice over roles in LA, Kevin Grevioux has done a few villain roles with a deep and dark tone. He would make an excellent voice for a certain decepticon in the fourth installment.
Peter Renaday
Peter Renaday is one of the original voice actors from the original series of Transformers. He is often heard as elderly characters in certain shows and games. Hopefully he will turn up as one of the new autobot voices for the new Transformers movie.
Rick D. Wasserman
Rick D. Wasserman is often heard in video games like Batman Arkham Asylum and Arkham City as bad guys. Because of the tone of voice he has, he is one of the most possible voice actors that Michael Bay will include for the role of a bad ass decepticon.
James Horan
James Horan is known for mostly doing voice work in video games. But now that he voices Wheeljack in Transformers Prime, there are small possibilities that Bay will include him for the role of an autobot in Transformers 4.
Fred Tatasciore
Fred Tatasciore is one of the most popular voice actors in LA. He is known for providing voices for monsters and he is often heard as The Hulk in many Marvel animated shows. He is one of the many voices that Transformers 4 may get as an autobot or decepticon.
Jeffrey Combs
Nolan North
Sumalee Montano
and
Frank Welker
Now, Frank Welker's character Soundwave may have been killed of but because of his talents of providing vocal effects, Welker may return to voice a different decepticon. Maybe even Galvatron
Feel free to comment on which voices you would like to hear in the next film if you want.
