I am fairly new when it comes to learning about Black Panther, I've heard of the character but didn't really show interest. I figured I'd give a fancast a shot, as well with a writer and a basic plot synopsis. The fancast would be featuring the main cast.

Columbus Short as T'Challa/Black Panther

Short is a fairly talented actor, I was having a rough time picking a young gun to play T'Challa. But I think he would make for a decent one and plus he looks fairly ripped.

Denzel Washington as T'Chaka

Washington is a great actor and I think he would be awesome as the father of the main character, despite having a fairly decent part in the movie givin the right writer.

Laurence Fishburne as S'yan

Fishburne is a strong actor and has played mentors/guides in the past and I think he would do great in this role.

Idris Elba as White Wolf

Idris Elba is a great actor and I think he would do a good job as the elder brother and the villain in the first movie of Black Panther. I think it would make for a strong story.

Mark Strong as Ulysses Klaw

Mark Strong is amazing as villains and I think he would make for an awesome Ulysses Klaw.

Kelsey Grammer as the voice of Bast, The Panther God

Kelsey Grammer has that commanding and leader like voice that would be needed for voicing this character.

Synopsis: Born into a family of royalty, T'Challa has lived in Wakanda his whole life. After an assassination of his father, T'Challa becomes the new king of Wakanda and becomes the new Black Panther. But he is filled with anger and revenge and plans on finding out his fathers killer, while him and his brother quickly grow apart and become enemies.

Reason for no love interest: For a character like Black Panther, having a love interest in the origin movie would make for a distraction from the story. It needs to focus on T'Challa and his relationships with his father, uncle and brother as well as his learnings to become a king and a hero. It's because of this I feel that

Gavin O'Connor fits the bill to be writer
