This poll is for casting your vote and voicing your opinion who should play Magneto in next year's "X-Men Origins: Magneto." I will NOT tell you I am going to contact the studio because you and I both know that won't do squat!! What I will say is if this article/poll makes a big enough splash it WILL be noticed by the right people and have an impact on the decisions of those right people. I like Owen but he's more of a hero type i think. He could certainly pull it off but id rather see him as different marvel character.

Ed Harris is a good choice for a an older Magneto but if we're going for a younger version then i vote Joselh Fiennes!

Magneto would more then likely be set in the 50's early 60's. The lead should be in his 20's early 30's. If the actor is not in the poll, voice your opinion on who you think should play the role. Just like kerosene did.

I want to clarify this, I didn't want Harris for the spin off. That wouldn't make sense. I want Harris for a reboot or something similar.

I like the Jude Law idea! A while back, I did a fan cast and suggested Nick Dunning (from The Tudors) for Magneto, but again, he's on the older side.

Gaspard Ulliel (Hannibal Rising) who at the end of the movie ages to current Magneto played by Rutger Hauer.

Ian McKellen is a great actor but I always liked Rutger Hauer to play Magneto. He should have been Magneto since day one.
