Batroc vs Green Arrow -- giving this one to GA. If it came down to h2h Batroc would tear him apart, but he has no defense against GA's arrows. The second Batroc makes his move, GA quick draws and plugs him.

Impulse vs Winter Soldier - Impulse. Kind of a no-brainer; WS isn't fast enough to lay a hand on him, or strong enough to withstand a few dozen lightning-fast blows a second. I'd be surprised if WS gets a single hit in.

Atom vs Captain America -- This one I gave a lot of thought too, because I didn't want to just callously dismiss Atom based on my long-standing opinion that like Ant Man, he's got to be one of the most unimpressive superheroes around. So, he can shrink. And? I tried to envision a scenario where he gets the upper hand on Cap, and...nothing. Even if he were to shrink to sub-atomic size, sneak behind Cap, grow to regular size and attack him, he's not strong enough to do Cap any kind of real damage. There's just no way he doesn't get squashed like a bug in this fight.

Dr. Fate vs Thor -- I dig Dr. Fate quite a bit; he's one of my favorite DC characters. But like most DC characters, he has a rather unfortunate and completely ridiculous weakness -- loud noises. And he's tangling with the God of THUNDER -- itself a very loud noise. This would actually be an easy win for Thor, rematch or not, because all he'd have to do is call the lightning, let the resultant thunder-clap rattle Fate senseless, then move in for the KO.

And once again, an exceptional character is made a joke of because DC insists on imbuing him with a nonsensical weakness.

Batroc vs GA: GA has the range and exploding/trick arrows, So he takes this.

Impulse is to fast he takes this.

Atom vs CA: This is tough. The thing is, Atom's power set is so different, very few heroes can do it. If he can shrink himself and get inside CA, then yeah he could do some havoc. Then he could just resize from the inside out. Destroying Cap and being very messy.

Fate's awesome but one Hammer throw to the head and he won't be hearing much.
