Clayface-Lizard has no way to harm Clayface while Clayface could kill Connors in a varity of ways.

Booster Gold-If Spidey can defeat him then giving Booster's future tech Gold can do it in half the time.

Crow-Crow can't feel pain,can't tire,and heals rapidly from any injuries.Spidey is at a disadvantage here.

Aquaman-Stronger,faster,and a better fighter.

Clayface, true Lizard can think but theres nothing he can do to Clayface without making him solid first or using water. Face suffocates him before that happens.

Booster Gold is better equipped and probably smarter too

Clayface vs Lizard -- physically Lizard's stronger, faster and more durable, but Clayface's malleable body can take whatever Lizard dishes out. And his melting touch would come in handy, too.

Booster Gold vs Rhino -- I hate BG but as much as I like Rhino, he's lost to lesser characters before. BG for the win.

The Crow vs Spider-Man -- The Crow's cool and all but Spidey could take him down in his sleep. Unkillable doesn't mean he can't be knocked out cold, plus Spidey's got the webs -- and while Crow has some level of superhuman strength, he's nowhere near strong enough to rip out of Spidey's webbing.

Aquaman vs Captain America -- Cap's fought Namor to a standstill several times, and has decisively beat him at least once that I know of. But Aquaman, in any incarnation, is no Namor. And considering this is a previous knowledge/rematch, that only makes it that much more in Cap's favor.

Batman is prepared for Clayface theres a big difference there and no way is Connors smarter than Bats on the battlefield, the only way he's smarter than Bruce is in the area of genetics.

I was reading some of the comments above, and I think too much credit is given to Lizard's intelligence. He has Hulk-like intelligence, in that he thinks and can speak, but in a very limited capacity. There have been story arcs where Lizard has had normal human intelligence, but he always ends up reverting back to his more reptile-like limited intelligence. So Clayface has the easy advantage in that department.
