I only say batman based on his suit being insulated against the type opt attacks that Electro can produce, if the bolts get around that insulation then yeah, Bats is done

Black Canary vs Sandman -- I'll go with Sandman because his body's not the only thing that's durable; IIRC, his senses can take a lot more than most folks as well. I can't say specifically but I feel a faint memory of him standing up to sonic blasts in the past. But don't quote me on that.

Batman vs Electro -- let's be generous and say Bats routinely wears a shock-resistant suit. It could probably handle tasers and stun guns no problem. But even if Electro were to pull his punches and only hit bats a few hundred thousand volts, that's still plenty enough to melt the suit right into Bats' flesh. No way in hell does Batman win this, at least not on a first encounter. On a rematch, maybe -- but as I said in the Bats vs Rhino match, that would require the presupposition that Electro didn't kill him in a first encounter. And I just don't see that happening.

Spider-Man vs Stargirl -- Ha! Spider-Man vs a girl with a stick? Spidey beat the snot out of Firelord, who was armed with his own cosmic stick. This chickie doesn't stand a chance.

Catwoman vs Mystique -- I know a lot of folks like to go by the movies, but iconically, in the comics, Mystique isn't a bad-ass fighter/gymnast who can produce talons and other bodily offenses. That shit all happened after the movie came out, and you guys know I don't go by movie versions BECAUSE they're rarely accurate. Mystique is a shapeshifter with some cunning and a bit of a mean streak, and that's all. Catwoman's more cunning, has an even bigger mean streak and IS a bad-ass fighter/gymnast. She'd snatch Mystique up by her red hair and pound the blue out of her.

lol you guys rag on DC for changing their characters all the time; since when has Max Dillon had strength to lift 1 ton? the Electro I remember wore a yellow and green costume, could throw lightning bolts and had the strength of a regular guy, he wasn't "the electricity" like he supposedly is now so thats the guy I'm looking at in this fight. Batmans suit is insulated, otherwise how is it that he has a full suit taser built into it that doesn't zap him? You give too little credit to Bats, he's a guy whose very dangerous on the fly.

I don't go by the Ultimate, movie, or modern over-powered Electro. Classic green and yellow Electro is what I go by, and he's plenty powerful enough to reduce Bats to ash.

His powers grant him increased (though not super-human) strength; he's always been able to ride currents, as fast as his body is capable of handling. And while his body isn't built for the rigors of light speed (like, say, The Flash), he can still move a lot faster than Bats' eyes could follow, hence why Electro's able to hang against someone like Spider-Man. He can fire blasts of electricity from anywhere on his body; one blast, even a drastically restrained one, has enough juice to kill a human being. He can siphon electricity from other sources to increase his own power, as well as interrupt the flow of electricity through circuits (so much for Batman's vehicles -- Electro could easily kill their on-deck computers, leaving their weapons systems utterly useless).

Without siphoning from additional sources his body carries enough juice to power a couple square city blocks; siphoning from other sources, there's pretty much no limit to how much electricity he can conduct and expel.

So yeah, more than a match for Bats -- and again, this is just classic green-and-yellow Electro, not the modern Electro who's basically the god of electricity.
