Chris Evans For Cap

OK hear me out with all the Actors in the running For Captain America i feel Chris Evans is the most competent for the role he's best Actor of the bunch. He always delivers good performances may it be in comedic or serious roles. He Has the Acting ability and charisma to no get out acted off screen by RDJ/Jackson/Norton/etc.He has the physical size and presence already needed for Captain America.

He is tall but not too tall and not short either he stand at 6 Foot even which is taller than RDJ but also complements Hemsworth's Thor.Who stands at 6'4 and Thor has to be bigger than Cap so that works out very well.

Chris Evans is also a very good actor and peope should not judge him off Fantastic Four(which he was great in)the Johnny Storm character called for that witty wise cracking persona. If you check out his more serious stuff like Sunshine/Street Kings/London/ you will see he is more than capable to play Captain America.Especially check out his work in Sunshine where he is a Leader of a group of astronauts, and he takes charge of his crew and is very commanding and showed leadership quality.

Here is Evans from Sunshine

I agree with Chris Evans as Cap!
He sure would be much better than
all the other short-bus-short-list

I like Ackles but he is stuck with
SUPERNATURAL so bring on Chris!!!

Evans is the best bet out of the remaining candidates.

He has the look, height, build, so aesthetically, he's a great fit for Cap.

He can be very serious and dramatic, proven by Sunshine (in which he also took a very leader like role, and did it convincingly), also by London and Street Kings, too. He has charisma and range to flow well with Downey and Jackson.

Hedlund's good too, but Evans has the advantage of being in excellent shape already, and he's shown more acting skill IMO. I don't get what anyone sees in Vogel, he looks boyish, is short, and doesn't make up for any of that in any great acting skill. He did nothing in Cloverfield, and nothing else he's done has proven anything on his part. Seriously, why do people want him? He's like McPartlin, except I'd take him over Vogel, because he doesn't look like a boy, is tall, good build, good voice, and has shown decent acting on Chuck, whereas Vogel's been extremely meh, if that.

Chris Pine is my first pick then Evans since it's highly unlikely ACKLES is getting the part.

I'd certainly take Evans, giving the short-list we have. I still like Vogel though. It's between them two for me.

I'm more than happy to see Evans as Cap and he'd be my top choice out of all of the names recently mentioned.

Great article - however, isnt this more of an editorial!?

He was a good Johnny Storm in FF but I can't see him as Cap.
It takes more than a chiselled jaw to portray the greatest hero ever created.
I'm still hoping for Chris Pine to be Cap.

I do think Evans would make a great cap. But I doubt Marvel could choose him because it seems as if marvel is trying to avoid picking a fan favorite. Basicly anybody the fans see would be a good cap, marvel then decides not to cast him. :( I hope marvel proves me wrong
