This series of superhero embryos by an unknown artist on display at the HEY! art show in Paris are certainly..unique. Superheroes have become so ingrained in popular culture that they have inspired all sorts of crazy things over the years but I think these little blighters might just take the cake..















So we have Batman, Superman, Silver Surfer, Catwoman, The Thing, Spider-Man, I'm assuming Ice-Man and really not sure who the transparent winged fella is supposed to be. Angel? Anyway the most noticeable thing about these embryos is of course that they are fully clothed, bot in keeping with most soon to be born sprogs. But something tells me had they not had their costumes on we might not have been able to recognize them. What do you guys make of these? They are kinda creepy, but also kinda cool. Not that I would have them in my house.

the one with wings would be X-mens, the Angel as hawkman's wings were detachable of course that was years ago did they make Hawkman's wings part of his body
now? I haven't read any Hawkman stories for years now..lol

Actually really cute.
I think it's Batman, Superman, Spider-man, Invisible Woman, Silver Surfer, Angel, Thing, and Catwoman.

I say Angel not just because of the wings and every other comment, but because his bone density is actually supposed to be less than human to allow for better flight. Of course, I don't think his skeleton would be transparent, but you know... exaggeration.
