Alright, last time I asked you guys who would win a fight between Sherlock Holmes and Ozymandias. Now I want to ask you guys another one: who would win a fight between Jason Todd and Bucky Barnes?
Jason Todd
*Acrobatic and Martial Artist.
*Skilled in Hand-to-Hand combat.
*Skilled with weapons.
*Large variety of gadgets.
*Access to High-level Civilian and Military grade weapons.
*Skilled detective.
*Slightly insane due to his revival in the Lazarus Pit. (Thanks to Talia and Ra's al Ghual)
Bucky Barnes
*Master of Hand-to-hand combat.
*Skilled in use of Military weapons.
*Expert Assassin and Spy after becoming Winter Soldier(Against his will).
*Left arm is cybernetic, includes superhuman strength, quick reaction time, and able to discharge bolts of electrical energy and EMP.
*Now as Captain America, Bucky uses same shield and nearly-indestructible costume.
*Fluent in many languages.
*Was a Villian called the Winter Soldier for a while due to Brainwashing from the Soviets.
