Both phenomenal actors both have played psychopathic murders Rockwell in The Green Mile and Jared in Lonely Hearts. Sam has the crazy funny clown killer style down and Jared can do the creepy unsettling Joker .

Riddler

Great actor and can play cocky, smart, and a douchebag oh and insane all at once. I think he would bring a new twist Riddler which I welcome.

Now, I know he is 71 but Oswald is always supposed to be older then Batman. I would of chose the late Phillip Seymour Hoffman. But Bob is a great actor and would make this villain threatening too.

Though you mentioned it bob Hoskins I fear may die in the middle of filming ( just a joke no need for " just a fan cast criticism") anyway
The other actors are way too young ie: Joker Riddler ect.

Cumberbatch is my pick for Freeze.

As for Riddler, I say Daniel Bruhl (Nikki Lauda in Rush).

Jared Harris for Penguin. I love Hoskins, but he's retired. No sh*t. Parkinsons.
