Michael J. Fox would have been the perfect Spidey back then, he really embodies everything Spidey is!

First off, Casper Van Dien has the look and I think he's a pretty decent actor.
Tom Cruise - Iron Man/Tony Stark
Back when I heard they were making an Iron Man movie I thought Tom Cruise would make an awesome Stark, and I still he would.
Dolph Lundgren - Thor
He made a terrible Punisher, but I think Dolph would of made a better Thor. I mean look at him!
James Spader - Hulk/Bruce Banner
James Spader is a good actor and if you've seen the Stargate movie, you would think he'd make a great Bruce Banner. Obvisously the Hulk would be CG.
Kurt Russell - Wolverine/James "Logan" Howlett
Kurt Russell would have made one badass Wolverine!
Bruce Willis - Nick Fury
Bruce Willis would make a great Nick Fury back then or even today!
Matthew Broderick - Mr Fantastic/Reed Richards
I think Matthew Broderick would a made a great Reed. He seems to have that smart quality that Reed has in my opinion.
Uma Thurman - Invisible Woman/Sue Storm
The only woman I can see playing Sue back then.
Edward Furlong - Human Torch/Johnny Storm
He just popped in my head when thinking of Johnny.
Kiefer Sutherland - The Thing/Ben Grimm
I think this is great choice.

I really liked her in GoldenEye, and she would look good in a catsuit.
Cary Elwes - Hawkeye/Clint Barton
I like Cary Elwes I think he's a good actor. Probably he's role in Robin Hood: Men in Tights is the reason for this casting lol.
Will Smith - War Machine/James "Rhodey" Rhodes
Will Smith is a badass and I was rooting for him to be Rhodey when the movie was announced, he would have a great Rhodey in the 90's
Jim Carrey - Deadpool/Wade Wilson
This is a perfect choice! There both Canadian and funny! Jim Carrey was only guy to play Deadpool in the 90's!
Sylvester Stallone - The Punisher/Frank Castle
Sylvester Stallone would have made a better Punisher than Dolph Lundgren and Sly is a badass.
Burt Reynolds - General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross
Burt Reynolds is a good actor and he would defenitly owned as Ross.
Bill Pullman - Senator Robert Kelly
Bill Pullman would have been a great choice, hell I can see him playing Kelly in the first X-Men movie!
