Cuts to nightime we see Oscorp tower.
Then we See Spider-Man standing on a building looking at Oscorp.
Spider-Man: first i get the cure, then i take down Osborn.
Spider-Man jumps off the building at webslings to Oscorp he then climbs Oscorp, up to the top.
We see Spider-Man looking around the roof, and we see a air vent, spider-man climbs inside the air vent, when he hears footsteps on the same building. He looks up and we see The Black Cat.
Spider-Man: wow, im sorry, but im not single so take a ticket and wait in line.
Black Cat: ahah, Spider, stealing to huh?
Spider-Man: may i ask who are you?
Black Cat moves over to Spider-Man
Black Cat: the names Black Cat.
Spider-Man: and i thought my name was long.
Black Cat: so, i hear your the sheriff around here.
Spider-Man: that i am, did Herman tell you?
Black Cat: Who is Herman?
Spider-Man: never mind, what are you doing here?

Black Cat puts her finger on spiderman's mask.

all of a suddern we hear alarms go off and police men surround the building.
Cop 1: fire at Spider-Man and his friend, NOW!!!
the cops start firing, and Spider-Man and The Black Cat run from Oscorp. They escape.
Black Cat: your quite the runner.
Spider-Man: yeah, its amazing what you can do when you have 50+ people firing at you.
Black Cat walks over to spider-man and whispers in his ear.
Black Cat: Felecia.
Spider-Man: good bye Felecia, have fun now, ill probably see you again, good bye.
Black Cat kisses spider-man on the cheek and then runs off into the night.
Spider-Man: this is the first time in your life, you have ever had more than one girl wanting you, This feels AWESOME.
We then see Peter walking into his apartment changed into his normal clothes, Peter looks over at the clock.
Peter: damn only 8:30 PM.
Peter's phone starts ringing, its Harry.
Peter: Harry, where are you guys?
Harry: Kong is throwing a party dedicated to Max.
Peter: where?
Harry: At his house.
Peter: ill be there.
Peter puts his suit back on and swings to the street that Kong lives on.
Peter changes his clothes but has the suit underneath.
Peter walks in, MJ walks up to him.
MJ: hey tiger, you look exhausted.
Peter: exams thats all.
Gwen walks over and kisses Peter on the lips.
Gwen: hey baby, whats this scar?
Peter: Gwen can i talk to you over here.
Gwen and Peter walk over, to a room.
Peter: the police chased me home
Gwen:why?, what did you do?
Peter: Conners told me he and my dad had created a cure to cancer, but it was shut down by Osborn. Osborn kept the cure at Oscorp.
Gwen: so you tried to break in and take it.
Peter: yeah, but then i saw that thief on the TV.
Gwen: the girl?
Peter: she calls herself the Black Cat.
Gwen: wouldn't have guessed from the costume.
Peter: she too, wanted something from Oscorp. I just dont know what.
Harry calls Peter and Gwen over.
Harry: are you two love birds done talking?
Peter: were coming Harry.
Peter and Gwen walk over.
Kong: Harry, man how are you
Harry: im good dude, how you holding up?
Kong: i feel so stupid for what i did, i hade no idea he would have died if we did it.
Harry: yeah, i know.
Peter: Harry, Kong i told the both of you this was a dumb idea, look what happened you drove this poor kid insane.
Harry: Peter, i had no idea.
Kong: he's right Harry.
We then see a light bulb burst.
and we hear a man laughing.
Max Dillon: You thought i was dead?
Harry: Max?
Max: shut up!!!, im talking.
Peter: Gwen, get everybody out of here, i have a bad feeling about this.
Max appears in the center of the garden.
Kong: Max, oh my god, its you.
Kong walks over to Max.
Max turns into this Electric figure.
Max: please call me Electro.
Electro then grabs Kong and kills him.
Everybody runs away, Harry is running and trips over.
Electro: oh, Harry Osborn, dont think i forgot about you.
We the see Spider-Man websling into Electro.
Spider-Man: yo, buzz brain, leave him alone.
Electro: who are you?
Spider-Man: are you serious?, you dont know who i am. what an idiot.
Gwen tells every body to run away and get out of here.
MJ gets out of the bathroom and we see everybody gone.
Spider-Man gets punched in the face by Electro, Electro then go's after MJ.
Spider-Man: Mary Jane!
Spider-Man gets up and shoots webbing at Electro, the webs do nothing.
Spider-Man: darn, nothing is working, wait a second if he is made of electricity then an over flow of electricity could over heat him, or he could get so powerful that he could destroy the whole damn city.
we then see MJ running.
MJ: get away from me!!
Electro: i never had the courage to talk to you or Gwen, but now i have the courage to kill you.
Spider-Man: Ok, my fine sir, if you may please step away from the gorgeous red head.
Electro: why dont you die.
Electro shoots lightning bolts at Spider-Man, one hits him ripping his suit.
Spider-Man: ohh, you ripped my suit, i just sewed this back together.
Spider-Man sees a adapter and he swings and grabs MJ.
Spider-Man swings and puts MJ down on a roof top.
Spider-Man: ill be back, first i get to take down the ecstatic shock over there.
Spider-Man: ok, Max, you got to stop this.
Electro: dont call me that, im Electro!!!
Spider-Man grabs the adapter and shoves it into Electro's head, draining him into the wire.
Spider-Man: glad thats over.
