FAN-MADE: Thor and Captain America Posters

FAN-MADE: Thor and Captain America Posters

I made these to just satisfy an urge to see movie posters for THOR and Captain America. Feel free to judge and be as gut-wrenchingly harsh as possible.

Since I've had nothing to do for the past few days, I thought I'd see what I could put together in Photoshop for Captain America and THOR. I felt they weren't too bad. A tad generic, but all-together not awful.
But that's just me, and I wanted to get a second opinion. And a third. Hopefully even a fourth.

Anyway, here we go.

This was the first image I made, after many utter failures, and this is probably my favourite. The layout seems to flow and it's simplistic enough not to be too busy, as is the problem of many fan-made posters. It still seems to say Thor to me, which my other posters lacked.

This one, as you can see, is my Captain America poster. I like it...but I realised later I'd just copied the whole format from my Thor poster. Still, I thought it worth showing.

And finally...

While not really for the movie, I thought it'd be nice to create a poster to show how America would idolize the first avenger, and how they might use posters like these to really get that patriotic, anti-Axis feel going. I think this one is okay, but the more I look at it, the less I like it.

And that's all of them. After staring at them for hours on end I only seem to be able to see the faults, but you may see something else.
As I said before, feel free to crush my dreams of producing something good.

Oh, and on a side note, there's more things I made like the Red Skull and some Avengers posters here: http://s836.photobucket.com/albums/zz289/SkinnyGlasses/
