==Plot==
The movie begins with Thanos giving Trevor Slattery/The Mandarin 10 cosmic power rings and entrusts him with a task to retrieve Loki's scepter and bring it back to him. Mandarin attacks SHIELD's base, manipulated a few agents into helping him retrieve the scepter and killed several others with the power of his rings. After returning the scepter to Thanos, the mad titan agrees to let the Earth live only if Mandarin is more than willing to use his new found powers to rule the planet.
As Black Widow and Hawkeye pursue Crossbones, Mandarin intervenes to rescue Crossbones and vanished from the site, then he breaks out Abomination and recruits more villains on joining him forming the Masters of Evil.
Fury calls in the Avengers in response to the Mandarin's actions except Tony who was still in retirement from being Iron Man, and has recruited two new heroes, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch to help them out.
Mandarin sends two of his supervillain followers along with some mind controlled soldiers like the 10 rings terrorists and other police and SHIELD operatives to London(or location film setting is being used as) to retrieve some important material for his plans. Fury sends Black Widow, Captain America, Thor, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver to investigate with Dr. Bruce Banner remaining with SHIELD to avoid causing any complications. When the Avengers arrive, they engage the bad guys but the two villains got away with what they came for due to Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's accidental screw up.
Then when two other members of the Masters of Evil show up in Africa with more troops, the Avengers head over to stop them but due to lack of following Cap's coordination, the Avengers and the two brother and sister super duo mess up again and when they return to the helicarrier they will argue over who is to blame and for other differences they have with each other in the past.
As the Master of Evil are constructing a massive weapon they are planning to use for their master plan of taking over the world, Mandarin instructs his followers to wait until the Avengers are compromised, and sure enough he hasn't forgotten about how he became what he is now courtesy of Aldrich Killian, the former Mandarin.
As the SHIELD has detected the Masters of Evil in the Tajhmahal in India, they head out to stop them but ended up captured when Quicksilver accidentally gives their position away to the enemy.
Then the Masters hack into every broadcast satillite television network around the globe messaging the world that he and his alloes will be the rulers of the planet and demonstrates his huge weapon on a remote military base, wiping out everyone and everybody in it. He demands that the world should answer to him as its master. Tony was shocked to see that Trevor had become exactly who he took him for right from the start before the twist in Iron Man 3 and now he ultimately comes out of retirement, brings out his last Iron Man armor that he had hidden in a "secret" location suits up and heads out to India stop the Mandarin.
When arriving in India, the villains have him surrounded and the Mandarin was glad that he came because he also had a score to settle with Tony for threatening him in his mansion when they first met. After discussing his plan, Trevor armors up as Mandarin and engages Iron Man as Banner arrives freeing the Avengers from captivity before he and Captain America engage Abomination and Crossbones and the other Avengers and villains engage in the ultimate fight between good and evil.
After defeating the Masters of Evil and foiling their plans of world domination, The Avengers celebrate at Avengers Tower which used to be Stark Tower. As Tony mentions to Nick Fury about the Mandarin's connection with Thanos who is revealed to be the Chitauri's leader, Fury fears that another alien invasion is about to happen and he now embarks on searching for more heroes to help the Avengers prepare for the Ultimate Battle that is yet to come in Avengers 3 the grande finale.
That is how I predict the sequel will turn out as.
