In HIGH SCHOOL YEARS, Peter worked for the Daily Bugle for 2 years selling photos to J.Jonah Jameson. Then he left the Bugle since he needed some space to do some crime fighting. During those years he fought Doc Ock, The Lizard and a certain Manic named THE GREEN GOBLIN. After the attacked the Furious 3 caused on New York, Roxxon cleaned them up and took them away to the Negative Zone for ever. Since no more villains plagued his life he was free to study and become something.
Peter graduated ESU at 19, 2 years after at 21 and entered as a intern at Oscorp working with Dr. Miles Warren, he stayed there until he got his teaching diploma at Midtown( his old high school) and met Gwen Stacy- his old high school flame, working in the drama dept. He also met Eugene" Flash" Thompson, he works there now as a Basketball coach, they excchaged friendly smiles as they walked past. Gwen knew Peters secret and always helped him whether it where sewing his costume or cleaning his wounds. They automatically fell in love, and 4 years at the perfect ages of 25, they got married. Gwen and Peter moved into a small suburban home in Forest Hills. Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker and Dianna Agron as Gwen Stacy.( In my Universe, Mary Jane Watson never moved to Midtown) Peter never met her.
It wasn't long before they settled in marriage. Peter had left being Spider-Man at 21, he decided he couldn't dress up any more and only focused on his studies. So he studied and studied and made his Aunt May proud. In this day and age more people are fighting for power, Roxxon is secretly creating super villains to destroy areas and Spider-Man, then they would send there own robots to destroy these villains to make them look good. Since Peter hung up the tights ages ago, they stopped. Now that their power in the Underworld was slipping, they soon approached this with more villains for a certain web-slinger...( Roxxon will take Oscorps place after Norman Osborn "died")
When Peter heard that villains were being attacking the city, he had one thing to do: Go out and be SPIDER-MAN! With a new costume and powers,Peter had become more powerful. In University he secretly did martial arts to build skill. He now had little "Spider-Stingers" on the top of his wrist gauntlet, that shoot out when he move your arm a certain way. Like ninja stars. Even his webbing was stronger, since he worked at Oscorp he mixed some more stronger compounds that he didn't have access to as a high schooler. Our High Schooler Teacher/Scientist/Photographer was back to be SPIDER-MAN once more. This long journey begins here.

Scott Adkins As Mac Gargan/Scorpion.
Mac Gargan was a wealthy man who worked at Oscorp and designed a tail for the Army that would kill enemies. When Norman "died" he was outsourced to Roxxon. There they took his tail and left him fired. He was furious, so he went back and made it all over again. He now plans to destroy Roxxon for everything they have.

Now comes the COSTUME. The Costume was made in Oscorp by Peter( He still has access rights). Its made from a thin Kevlar fabric that can survive most handheld guns. His Wrist Gauntlets have an equal amount of webbing and each store 20 Spider-Stingers.
The eyes are polarized so he can see in the dark easy.The stingers come out the top of his fists in a yellow 'spot' whilst the webbing from the under of his wrist( like they normally do)

The Web-Shooters
Since they are bigger, they store much more webbing and the strength is increased(aswell as stickiness) The stingers are stored on the other side on the shooter.

The Spider-Stingers-They come out of the yellow spot on the top of the wrist device, each device can hold up to 20 stingers. The stingers give a little "spark" into your body, doesn't kill just paralyzes for a while. The size is about 2 cm. They may be small but they induce a lot of pain.
