How to Survive Zombiegeddon: Is the White House Safe?

Many of us have wondered what the safest places to hold up in during a Zombie Apocalypse would be, and if the United States' White House would be one of those. Let's face it people, if zombies began attacking the entire planet in search for brains, the White House would be safe. Not a single brain in the entire place. However, if zombies attack simply looking to eat humans then the President may not be as safe as we think.

Every day the White House offers tours to the public, but those tours involve a waiting list and back ground checks. However, I doubt those safety checks involve checking for zombie bites. One Trojan horse could bring the whole place down. If warned ahead of time, The President and his family along with many in his cabinet could take shelter in the lower lever of the West Wing. Developed as a bomb shelter and then transformed into the center of international communication and warfare planning, the West Wing is probably the safest place in the entire complex. The problem? The West Wing isn't kept stocked with food. Anyone trapped in the West Wing will eventually starve. Being that the majority of politicians would rather die than get their hands dirty or do any real work.

The Majority of the President's secret service would be spread out through the White House in order to secure their escape to the West Wing. While There would be a handful of agents securing the President and his family in the lower level, but not enough to obtain food for a long duration underground. Let's face it, if the President were to send his Secret Service Agents up to obtain food and supplies, they're not going to make it very far. The kitchen is located in the Northwest corner of the ground floor, which is considered the basement. Being that the ground floor has several entrances from outside and has an enormous staff, the secret service wouldn't stand a chance once they left the elevator. Of course if zombies were to make their way into the elevator, they wouldn't be able to get to the president do to passcode protection in order to get to the West Wing command center. However, if by some chance they're able to destroy the elevator itself and fall all the way to the bottom of the shaft, then those in the command center would be in extreme danger.

Eventually, The President and everyone else with him would starve to death.

Of course I've probably just gotten myself onto the Secret Service and FBI's watch list from researching blue-prints and information on the layout of the White House over the internet, but it's for a good cause. I want to let people know, that in the event of a Zombie Apocalypse not even the President and his family would be safe.
