I was watching Iron Man 2 a while ago and I was thinking back to the Captain america trailer, and I thought ok why would they have Howard Stark in Captain America. Then I came up with a few things that may or may not happen. the First I think is that yea he helped be apart of the re-birth ( Super Solider Project ), but what if he threw out a Easter egg to later on in the Marvel world. Maybe he says " I have a kid on the way " or my wife is pregnant something along that line. the second thought that came to me is that you see a file that he may have or randomly say that he is trying to start a agency. You know something out there, because if you think about it is lame because he is a big character to put in the movie if you are just going to have him there for a brief moment.
