Manga makeover

Editorial Opinion

I don't know if this would be a fan fic or a editorial so I picked the one I'm on the most. I thought of this as an interesting marketing idea for comic book companies, a manga-like magazine here in the states.

I seen Jump USA and a few others that showcase manga, and other things like movie news, games, tv, and such forth. I know Marvel has a manga-verse and DC owns a company that releases manga also.

However, since manga is growing in popularity in the states I think that the Big 2 should invest in the idea and create a magazine line similar to Jump and others like it. Not only showcase manga style comic book characters and new/separate story lines, but have up coming previews for movies, tv, interviews, and a few other things related to the company. To take this idea one step further, you get real mangaka to create the stories and have American writer's do the writing.lol. I would love to see Hiro Mashinma doing spiderman or Tite Kubo doing X-men. You can have all sorts of fun with the characters and bring in the anime and manga demographic.

As for pricing...I have no idea...something like this I'm sure would be a tad more expensive than single issues but I'm sure our lot wouldn't mind the investment.
