An image I made MYSELF of Mayor Anthony Garcia played by actor Nestor Carbonell (Lost, Ringer, The Dark Knight, Killer Movie, The Lost City, For A Greater Glory). He had small parts in The Dark Knight and hopefully more parts in Rises. Seeing as how he is the Mayor of Gotham City after all. I felt sad that he doesn't get much credit for his acting. I used a still of him from when he was on Ringer. An I used Photobucket to edit the picture along with some help from Paint.
