Steve Rogers. He has one of the best and most iconic costumes in comic history. Bucky's has too much black. I understand why it has black in it, and the meaning behind it, but it isn't "American" enough. :)

buckys costume is better. steve's costume is butt ugly.however i like some of the artwork above , so i guess it depends on who is drawing him. the ultimate version is good too i never liked the feathers on his or buckys masks , they should use the ultimate costume for the avengers movie.

if they do use the Ultimate costume, i would just emblazon the wings on his mask instead of them sticking out, and keep the boots and gloves from the mainstream

I like Bucky's better, although it could use less black.

steve has the best costume but bucky is still bada$$. ultimates blow donkey balls. no character should wear an ultimate costume in the avengers movie *cough* *cough* i mean ultimates movie.....so maybe they should wear the dominatrix suits?

Bucky's suit is more suitable for fighting and such, but nothing will ever be better than Roger's suit. Truly, one of the most iconic getups in comics, up there with Spidey's, Bats', and Supes'

"Bucky, only because it's better for modern interpretations, though I do prefere the Steve Rogers."
-SuperDude001

What does that mean!?

"Chocolate or Vanilla?"

"Chocolate but only because it's chocolate, though I prefer to eat Vanilla"

What???

No one can beat the original costume. Bucky's Captain America just never appealed to me.

No contest. Bucky looks like the hood of some Puerto Rican guy's GTO. Shiny on top and black buccaneer boots? Make up your mind, Buck. Alex Ross is no fashion designer.

THIS is Captain America:
