Before I get to the article, I am going to say this ONLY ONCE. This article might have a couple of spelling mistakes, which I have been critisized about (see, I probably mis-spelled just there) if you can't stand a couple of mistakes then I suggest you leaving this article now because I won't stand being critisized because I'm not a good speller. Ok, you still reading? Good. Here are my reasons why I feel Batman: Arkham Asylym is better than Batman: Arkham City.

Scope

For once, smaller scope makes a better anything. In this case, a better game. It's more of a fun and because of limited space, it's actually harder to find the Riddler trophies although it's not as hard getting them as it is in Arkham City. Scope is for me a big part of why this game is better than Arkham City. Also, the smaller scope is because of the next thing..

Story

This is my opinion but, I feel Arkham Asylum has a better and darker story. Not better because it's darker, but again, it's better and darker. For me, it all comes back to the scope. It's smaller so therefore as an open world esque type game, it makes it unique and not as dragged down. Also, the villains don't drag down the story.

Villains

I think the villain roster is better. Scarecrow, Killer Croc, The Joker, Bane, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn and Victor Zsasz. I think the use of them was good, although I was hoping for an actual fight with Killer Croc. Scarecrow had a small role and yet he was more useful than Two-Face was in Arkham City, and Two-Face is my favorite Batman villain. I liked the way the villains were all tied in together in Arkham City but I just liked the way the villains came together without really coming together (if that makes any sense to you).

This is a tad short but I don't care. These are the reasons I feel Arkham Asylum is better. Got a different opinion? Comment below and be respectful about it.
