I have been a Resident Evil fan since 2001 I seen ALL 4 films in the big screen which I did not love the films or hate them they're in between. I have been "1" of the fans that WANTS A COMPLETE REBOOT to the films.
After seeing other people doing fancasts for the AWESOME zombie game of ALL TIME. In order for the Resident Evil reboots to work EVERYONE MUST be recast, new directors, writers, etc.
Here are the cast
Joe Manganiello as Chris Redfield
I picked Joe as Chris Redfield because he looks like Chris when he appears on Resident Evil 5 and someone WAY earlier mentioned him to be Chris Redfield. I think he is a good actor he was pretty good on True Blood after I stopped watching it.
Other choices- Matthew Bommer
Natalie Portman as Jill Valentine
I do not know WHY but I can really see her as Jill Sienna Gulliroy did a good job as Jill Valentine but since this is a reboot Jill Valentine HAS to be recast. I picked Natalie because she is a GREAT actress watch her on Brothers, Black Swan, Closer I think she can do an AWESOME job as Jill Valentine also she is only 4 years younger then Joe like Sienna was 6 years younger then Wenworth Miller was cast as Chris Redfield.

Ian Somerholder as Leon S. Kennedy
I cast Ian as Leon because he was good on LOST, SMALLVILLE, saw 2 episodes of The Vampire Diaries go ahead shoot me now I only saw it because I had to watch my niece for a couple days. Anyways I chose him to be Leon because I wanted to be original and I think Ian can do a good job as Leon.

Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire Redfield
I chose Bryce to be Claire because she is a goof actress watch her on The Help she was really good on there, she was a better and HOTTER actress then Kirsten Dunst on Spider-Man 3. A few people already chose Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire Redfield but I can REALLY see her as Claire and she is only 1 year younger then Ian Somerholder.

Maggie Q- Ada Wong
She is good on Nikita and she looks FINE in a red dress also a couple people mentioned that she can be a good Ada. I chose her because how her character is reminds of Ada abit.

Michael Fassbender as Jack Krauser
Same thing as I said about Somerholder as Leon I am trying to be original besides he was an AWESOME Magneto on X-MEN First Class, Inglorious Bastards. I picked him as Krauser because those 2 films are the reason I chose him to be Krauser.
Other choices- Dolph Lundgren but it too OLD
Tobin Bella as Oswald E. Spencer
To be honest I only chose him because of SAW films also he's a pretty good actor.
Jason Ritter as Carlos Oliveria
I chose Jason to be Carlos because he is good actor and his dad was FN funny RIP John we miss you. Back to topic Jason seems more suited for being Carlos then Leon S. Kennedy. Jason is a good actor I think he can do a better Carlos Oliveria then Oded Fehr but Oded was BADASS on The MUMMY films.

Milo Ventimiglia as Luis Sera
Milo is good actor I originally wanted him to be Chris Redfield but thought Joe was more suited. I have not seen him in much shows or movies but he kinda looks the part for Luis Sera.
Other choices- Antonio Banderas would have been PERFECT but he is too DAMN OLD for the role.
Ralph Fiennes as Saddler
I chose Ralph because he was EPIC on the Harry Potter films, Clash of the Titans but HATED how he talked with the WEEZING voice. I know he can do an AWESOME job as Saddler for examples WATCH Harry Potter you will know why.

Bryan Cranston as Barry Burton
I can easily see Bryan Cranston as Barry Burton he is a good actor he was an AWESOME Commissioner Gordon on BATMAN YEAR ONE, he is great on Breaking Bad which is a good show.

Zoe Saldana as Sheva Alomar
Yes I cast her as Sheva because of 3 reasons
1. She looks the role
2. She is a GOOD actress
3. She uses a gun LEFT handed like Sheva
4. She is SMOKING
Anyways back to topic Zoe was good on Star Trek, The Losers, AVATAR, Columbiana. I know she can do a GREAT job as Sheva when this character is introduced into the Reboot.
Other choices- The girl off NINJA ASSASSIN I keep forgetting her name.
David Tennant as William Birkin
I picked David because he was an AWESOME Dr.Who too bad he left but Matt Smith is doing a great job on the show. How David acted on Harry Potter Goblet of Fire I realized I got William Birkin and he can do any role he is given.
Other Choices- Ryan Phillipe
The Bosses well the ones that HARD to kill depends on difficulty and skills on the games.
They will be FULLY CGI on the reboots.

Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, Resident Evil 1 Tyrant, Resident Evil Code Veronica's Tyrant and Resident Evil 4's Re generator. Those and the dogs be CGI on the films
Dolph Lundgren as Sergai Vladimir
DO I NEED TO SAY WHY?!
James Marsters as Albert Wesker
He is PERFECT for the role and he ALMOST became Wesker for Resident Evil Extinction but couldn't do the role because he will be barely in the film and due to filming sadly Dragon Ball Evolution. James is an AWESOME actor he was AWESOME as Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and ANGEL, Brainiac on SMALLVILLE, Lex Luthor on SUPERMAN DOOMSDAY and DC Universe ONLINE.
I know James can do an AWESOME job as Wesker and when he was on Buffy the Vampire Slayer he looked almost like Wesker just make him dressed in black more often and put on black sunglasses on.
