Okay here's my first try
For Flash-Barry Allan, I choose Garrett Hedlund.
Now i know alot of you are thinking "Too young."
Again this is a movie pitch, one that the studio's could take seriously.
He's got the acting wavo's, he's physicaly got the part, he can play serious and noble, or at least mature for his age, yet also funny.
He'd be good to introduce the character of flash to an audience that wantst o know just who the speedster is, and how he can run the way he does, just like many people knew that spiderman was spiderman, they just didnt' know how he became spiderman, or what he was like as a character.
He's got the hype of Tron Legacy and Country Strong under his wings for the "Oh that one guy!" factor, and could lead the movie.
Enough on him...
For Iris West, his love interest, I choose Ashley Greene
She's gorgeous, enough said.
For the villains of the movie, I choose the Bomb squad, or Suicide squad, who in this movie will be if anything like a dark version of Mission impossible. The reason I chose the squad is because lets face it, his rogues aren't really able to carry a whole movie as the antagonist the way Green Goblin can be the only real MAJOR threat in Spiderman, or how Joker can be the Primary threat in The Dark Knight. Flash vs. Prankster,...ah..no. Flash vs. Bullsye with boomerangs instead of throwing stars? (Capt.Boomerang) also no.
To put him up against the suicide squad ist to give face to the foes, or "main" lackies that are in fact working for the major villain who i'll reveal at the bottom. Its like you have your evil villain who has his big bulky henchman, his techy henchman, and his karate savy henchman, I'm just filling those roles with characters fans will go "OH THATS SO AND SO.." too and yet not take away from it.
The REAL goal of the squad and who's behind them will be revealed later, but for the beginning they will be terrorizing Central City, stealing from labs and banks and causing havoc with random crimes.
A Leading member of the bomb or varied suicide squad will be Jeffery Donovan playing Deadshot aka Floyd Lawton:
cool calculated, good at playing heartless yet able to have a weird sence of humor about it all of a sudden, jeff could do it
He'll have most of the cool scenes where he (who it will be shown earlier on NEVER misses with a gun and is lightning fast with it) will be shooting at Flash who will move out of the way of the bullets and move people out of the way just in time.
A point man, Digger Harkness/Captain Boomerang, will be played by Sam Worthington.
Give him a cool blackish blue mission outfit with perhaps the silver boomerang symbol on his signature whool cap, and his Boomerangs should range from being able to hover and hone in on its quarry, to actual solid metal boomerangs that curve in the air specifically made like in the movie "HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS" with Jet li.
For Plastique/Bette Sans Souci - I choose Beau Garrett from FF2 and Tron Legacy.
She's a (I forget the word for someone who gets their rush from blowing things up, so not QUITE a Pyromaniac but yeah) so She will be giving flash the pressure of having to test his limits by finding multiple bombs throughout the city under litteral seconds,leading to a cool climax likened to the JLU's episode where he ran with a bomb out of the city limits to throw it and how it exploded in his hands as he carried it in slow motion, scorching him before he threw it.
And for the one behind the Suicides squads' thefts and havoc, the mastermind behind the chaos to distract from his ultimate plan...I choose Jimmy Smits as Vandel Savage.
Savages plan will be to, in this century, acquire some of the meteor rock that gave him his immortal longevity thats been recently rediscovered and shipped to Central City museum. He's been trying to acquire peices of technology and other equipment to create a machine that will help him harness the rocks energy into a weapon. We'll go into his back story when its revealed just what he is, and he'll talk of how he nearly was able to topple the world, until he was betrayed by one close to him in the 40's around the start of WWII, and its hinted he was one of the factors behind WWI. He was put under by a drug and left for dead in a tomb of rock, unable to eat or drink, or die. When he was finally discovered during an archaeological dig, he murdered the ones that found him and began since the 90's re-acquiring his new crime empire, all towards trying to re-locate the miracle rock, if anything more crazed and ambitious then before due to his solitude all those years.
