The first part of my Flash fan fic is right here! Read it, and leave some feedback, or constructive criticism in the comments section. Enjoy!
(NOTE: I wrote this part before my Aquaman fan fic.)

A woman walks through the city of Keystone. Hours later, she walks through an ally. It’s dark, and the moon is full. A gun clicks.
“Hand it over.”
“Okay. Okay, here.”
She reaches into a small purse, and takes out a wallet. She hands it to the mugger.

A red streak of light, with yellow at some points, zooms through the city.

“Okay? That’s all I have.”
“Good. Now do me a favor, and don’t make a mess.”
He starts to pull the trigger, when the red streak seems to move through him, and past the woman. The mugger falls to the ground. The woman takes her wallet back, and kicks the body. She then looks to where the streak went. It starts to rain, and lightning strikes. The shot freezes, and the lightning turns into the Flash symbol.

THE FLASH
By Comiccow6.

The screen shows Keystone’s skyline, in the morning. The camera moves down, showing a man with blond hair, that covers his forehead and neck, which sticks to his head, talking on a cell phone. He has a white, buttoned down shirt on, with tan pants. The man is standing on a curb, waiting for a stoplight to turn green.
“I’m going to be late. No, it’s not because I’m avoiding work, it’s because I’m always late. I’m slow. I didn’t oversleep. Look, I don’t control it, I’m always late.”
He hangs up, and walks across the street.

KEYSTONE POLICE STATION
Barry walks into a large, square room, wearing a lab coat.

“Barry, you’re 3 minutes late. That’s the fastest you’ve gone.”
Barry: “That’s great Mr....”
“James. James Jesse. We found a man dead in an ally. Mid-thirties. His entire body was ripped apart. We’ve managed to find most of the pieces.”
James has clean cut blond hair, and light blue eyes.
Barry: “Give me a few hours. Two, at the least. This should be fun. What was his name? It could help.”
James: “That’s classified.”
Barry: “Government agent, could hold some grudges. Thanks.”
Jesse puts his face in his hand.
James: “Damn it. Just...just get to work.”
He grabbed a handle on a drawer, and pulled out a table. It had chunks of flesh where it would be, if the man was alive.

KEYSTONE
A thin man is talking to someone on his cell phone. He has short brown hair, and brown eyes. The man has on a black T-shirt, and blue jeans. He looks angry.

“I did your dirty work Falcone, where’s my money? What do you mean it’s not coming? I did what you wanted! He’s dead. You want me to get the Flash? Forget it Falcone, I don’t want your damn fake money. At least Maroni pays half up front!”
He hangs up on Falcone. The man then collapses on an old, green chair.

THE KEYSTONE POLICE STATION
Jesse is walking out of the building. He straightens his suit, and walks past a dozen reporters, with their cameramen. He’s stopped by one. She has long, brown hair, and blue eyes.

James: “Iris West. Always a pleasure. Please step out of my way.”
Iris: “Sir, do you know who, or what, killed this man?”
James: “Classified.”
Iris: “Was it-”
James: “Here’s a headline: Classified. Then, in your story, you can use the word ‘and’. The rest can be ‘classified’.”
Iris: “Thank you for your time.”
She awkwardly backs up into the crowd, as Jesse walks away. Her cameraman starts to talk, a small laugh entering his sentences.
“Nice. So, are you going to write that story?”
Iris: “Oh, shut up Jim.”

Barry picks through the meat under the skin. He takes DNA from the skin and flesh. He searches the body for fingerprints. He reviews samples and papers. He doesn’t come up with anything. He looks at the papers again.

Thirty Minutes Later

James walks into the lab.

James: “What did you find?”
Barry: “Long, or short?”
James: “Short.”
Barry: “Nothing.”
James: “Okay, long.”
Barry: “I reviewed DNA samples, fingerprints, hair samples. I scanned the edges of the...er...chunks. His body wasn’t cut by a knife. There would be specific markings, possible rust within the body, some form of DNA. There was nothing. There weren’t any fingerprints on the man from the known criminal database. I checked. He wasn’t eaten by the rats. That’s for sure. The only theory I have at the time is that something was put in him, the center of the body, that expanded, or blew his body apart. It’s not valid though, unless the device was vaporized, or recovered.”
James: “What about superhumans?”
Barry: “Superhumans?”
James: “Yes. Superman could have zoomed over, and blasted him apart. The Flash could have ran straight through him. What if Batman ripped him apart with a batarang?”
Barry: “That wouldn’t happen.”
James: “Why not?”
Barry: These men and women have helped us. They aren’t criminals.”
James: “Keep thinking that. You can go.”
Barry walked away from the table. James pushed the destroyed body back into the drawer, as Barry left the building.

Most of the reporters have left. Iris West is still there. She approaches Barry.

Iris: “Hello sir, can you tell me, who, or what, killed the man?”
Barry: “Okay, I can’t say that here, but tell you what. Meet me for dinner on Saturday, and I’ll tell you what I know.”
He writes down his phone number, and hands the slip of paper to Iris.
Iris: “Um...thanks?”
He smiles, and walks away.

BARRY’S HOUSE
Barry slowly walks in, and collapses in a chair. He breathes heavily. His cell phone starts vibrating in his pocket, and Barry smiles.

KEYSTONE
The brown haired man quickly wakes up in the chair. His phone is ringing. He stumbles in the dark, looking for it. He then realizes that it’s in his pocket. He answers the call.

“Hello? Who is this? What do you mean it’s ‘classified’? Yes, I’m for hire. You want me to kill the Flash? I’m no idiotic super-villain, with a dumb name. Yes, I do have what some would call a gimmick. No, I would not call it that. How much are you willing to pay? What? Could you repeat that? Okay, on million? Just for the Flash? You’d be willing to pay half up front? Good. Where should I meet you? I won’t? You’ll send an associate? Perfect! Send him to me tomorrow. I’ll get started the day after.”
He ends the call, and starts laughing happily.

BARRY’S HOUSE
Barry is looking through his closet. He reaches to the very back, and pulls out a smooth, red costume. It has yellow lightning bolts circling the waist, wrist, and yellow on the legs and feet. It also has a lightning bolt on the chest. Two metal lightning bolts are also connected to the cowl, where the ears would be. He puts on the suit, and lifts the cowl up. He runs outside, at super-speeds.

KEYSTONE
The Flash runs through the city as a yellow and red streak of light.

He passes a bank being robbed.
Flash: “Oh, come on!”
He runs past the bank, and stops. He turns around. There are five men, each armed. They are all in a straight line, hiding behind pillars. Cops are behind cars, holding pistols, waiting for the criminals.
Flash: “Three two, one, go.”
He runs, becoming a blur. Soon, all five men are down. Barry stops.
Flash: “All in a days work officers.”
Cop: “Get the hell out of here!”
Flash: “I just saved you.”
Cop: “So?”
Flash: “Well, you should be thanking me.”
Cop: “Um...no. You should let us do our jobs. You can take them down, but we could lose our jobs. You ever think of that?”
Flash: “Well I’m sorry if three hostages died.”
Cop: “Don’t get involved.”
Flash: “Wait. Just...give me a minute.”
He runs inside the bank. A minute later, he runs out.
Flash: “Insides secure. No casualties.”
Cop: “Damn it, don’t get involved.”
Flash: “Why is Batman treated so well?”
He runs away.

BARRY’S HOUSE
The Flash lays down on his bed. He closes his eyes.

The Next Day

KEYSTONE POLICE STATION
Barry walks into the police station. Jesse is waiting for him.

Barry: “You called?”
James: “Three times. You didn’t pick up.”
Barry: “It was the middle of the night.”
James: “It was urgent.”
Barry: “Well, in that case...it was the middle of the night.”
James: “We looked t your theory, and weren’t able to find any devices. However, there were no superhuman sightings, and we didn’t find any evidence at the scene. We have a new theory.”
Barry: “And you’d like me to check?”
James: “Yes.”
Barry: “Okay, so what’s the theory?”
James: “Energy.”
Barry: “Energy?”
James: “What else could enter a man’s body, and expand, destroying it?”
Barry: “A late chest-burster? I’ll get to work.”
James: “Good.”

KEYSTONE
The man is sitting on his bed. A lamp is on. We can see his face.

“Where’s my money? You’re coming? Great! You’re going to come in. You’re my brother. Okay? Good. Where are you? No, exactly. Corner of Plainveiw and Thane? Okay. Bye.”

10 Minutes Later

A buzz enters the apartment, and the man opens the door. A man with clean cut blond hair, and light blue eyes is there, with a metal briefcase.
“I’m James Jesse. Your money is in the case.”

50 Minutes Later

KEYSTONE POLICE STATION
Barry looks through the destroyed corpse. Jesse walks into the room.

Barry: “Okay, I think I found something. There isn’t any DNA on the man, right?”
James: “Right.”
Barry: “And energy went into him, and expanded?”
James: “Right.”
Barry: “So, what if The energy was fired into him?? Like, a super-genius made a gun that could fire energy?”
James: “That’s insane.”
Barry: “So’s half the stuff you’ve got locked away.”
James: “I don’t believe it.”
Barry: “But you can believe that a man dresses up like a bat to fight crime?”
James: “Okay. I’ll look. You’re part in this is over.”
Barry: “Well, that’s great.”
He walks out of the building.
The Next Day

BARRY’S HOUSE
Barry walks into his house, and turns on the lights. He goes through the closet, and grabs his Flash suit. He puts it on, and runs outside.

That was part 1! I hope you enjoyed it! Leave any feedback and constructive criticism in the comments!
