Peter is walking through Oscorp trying to find his class, when he finds a room that is dark, and grey. It is an old experimenting room, A spider crawls down from the roof and attaches itself to Peter's neck, it does not bite him it just movies on him and then it gets to his hand, and it bites. Blood sprays from Peter's left hand.Peter yells out in pain and people come rushing into the room. An ambulance comes and takes Peter to the hospital.
Next scene
shows a room and a man is talking to Dr Conners
Man: did you tell Peter about his father?
Dr Conners: no i did not, Mr Osborn.
Norman Osborn walks out of a shadow and his face is revealed.
Osborn: excellent, but we now have a problem.
Conners: what?
Osborn: Peter was bitten by a spider today and you said the spider could kill him if he ever was bitten by one didnt you ?
Conners: no i said, Peter could be bitten by any sort of spider poisonous or not and he would still survive.
Osborn: but you are missing the point, Curt.
Conners:what point?
Osborn: the Parkers could sue us, if he is hurt.
Conners: I knew the Parkers very well they will not do that i promise you Mr Osborn.
Osborn: please call me Norman.
Scene ends cut to a hospital.
Aunt May: Peter are you ok?
Uncle Ben: you had me worried there for a second Kiddo.
Peter: i'm fine, i just am really thirsty.
Uncle Ben: Coke or Water?
Peter: both.
Doctor walks in and starts talking to Peter
Doctor: now how are you feeling, do you have stomach pains or a fever, tell me what you feel like now.
Peter: thats a lot of questions, um i guess im fine im just thirsty.
Uncle Ben: you just had a coke and a bottle of water how could you be thirsty?
Doctor: let the boy be he was bitten by an apparent radioactive spider.
Uncle Ben: does that mean my boy is in danger of dyeing?
Doctor: no, for some strange reason he has not reacted and his blood and bones are the exact same from before he was bit.
Aunt May: what should we do to Oscorp?
Uncle Ben: if Peter is fine dont sue but ask them to be a little bit more careful when kids go to field trips.
Peter: am i going to school tomorrow?
Aunt May: if you want to?
Peter: i might try.
The scene cuts to the next day and Peter wakes up fine and starts running down the stairs to the breakfast table.
Uncle Ben: quick recovery hey Peter
Peter: yeah i feel better than before i got bit.
Aunt May: good morning dear, would you like some eggs?
Peter: nah, Fruit Loops are fine.
Uncle Ben: i guess you are going to school today?
Peter: yeah you know it.
We then cut to the school
Peter walks over to Gwen, when Flash suddenly walks infront and pushes Peter and calls him names, Peter snaps and unleashes hell on Flash and the two have a fight. Gwen stands and watches but when Peter knocks out Flash, the principle sees him and sends both Flash and Peter to his office. the principle then calls Uncle Ben. Uncle Ben walks outside and talks to Peter.
Uncle Ben: is that the boy who hit you?
Peter: the one on the chair or the one at the locker
Uncle Ben: chair
Peter: yes
Uncle Ben: i give you credit son im glad you stood up for your slef but you have great powers Peter, you dad told me you were going to amazing. But remeber Peter my dad told me these words and i and your aunt live by these everyday. "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility". remeber that.
Peter: yeah i know but Flash was pushing and shoving me and calling me names and he has bullied me since my first day here.
Uncle Ben: then why dont we take you to a different school?
Peter: no but there is a person here who i cant leave.
Uncle Ben: Peter what are you on about…..
Peter: nothing, dont look what ever you do dont look at her.
Gwen walks in to the hallway on her way to her locker.
Uncle Ben: who is that, your girlfriend?
Peter: Uncle Ben please shut up right now dont say anything to her. Oh My God shut up please.
Uncle Ben: (to Gwen) hey yeah you Blondie are you Peter's girlfriend?. I hear he likes you.
Peter: i am seriously going to kill you when i get home.
Gwen looks over curiously
Uncle Ben: when you two are married just remeber i was the one who made it happen, go get her, Peter.
Peter: ok, bye please go, like right now.
Uncle Ben: im going jeez, teenagers these days.
Peter walks over to Gwen
Peter: yeah, he is a old maniac he does not know what he is talking about.
Gwen: did he say i was your girlfriend?
Peter: yeah, you arnt.
Gwen: right.
Peter: ummm, i was wondering if we could you know, go out sometime and you know do something together, like you know.
Gwen: yeah, you know i could do that anytime.
Peter: cool do i have your number?
Gwen: i dont remember giving it to you so, i guess not.
Peter: can i have it, so i can call you txt you know the usual.
Gwen: yeah of cause.
Gwen gives Peter her number, and Peter says good bye and is in total awe that he just asked a girl out. and he did not choke.
Scene ends and we cut to Peter's house and Peter is talking to Uncle Ben and Aunt may about school and why he got into a fight.
Uncle Ben: so how is Gwen?
Peter: Oh my god, seriously shut up.
Aunt May: who is Gwen?
Uncle Ben: go on Peter tell your aunt, if you keep something as complicated as love inside of you it could make you sick, great words from a great man.
Peter: fine, she is Gwen Stacy……
Aunt May: Oh the Stacys they are a great bunch of people arnt they?
Peter: i have never met them well not yet.
Aunt May: well i want you to go call her and meet them they are wonderful people.
Peter: you guys dont want to talk about anything else that happen at school today?
Aunt May: no
Uncle Ben: no
Uncle Ben winks at Peter.
Peter: ok well i will go call her now, good night.
we see Peter running up the stairs to his room.
Peter calls Gwen's phone and someone else picks up.
Captain Stacy: Hello this is Gwen Stacy's phone may i ask who is calling?
Peter: hi is this Gwen?
Captain Stacy:Yes it is Gwen, no it isnt its her dad, George, may i ask who is calling?
Peter:its Peter Parker im a friend of your daughters
Captain Stacy:do you want to talk to her?
Peter: yeah,i guess no rush
Captain Stacy: here she is
Gwen: Peter, what the hell are you doing talking to my dad?
Peter: i rang you, and your dad picked up im trying to be nice.
Gwen: sorry just, its weird when my dad talks to boys, from my school it gets me nervous.
Peter: um i was wondering if you wanted to go see a movie or something with me?
Gwen: yeah sure, what time?
Peter: tomorrow after school?
Gwen: see you there Peter Parker.
Gwen hangs up and Peter is so happy.
New scene
Peter then is watching tv in his room. when all of a sudden his light burts and he leaps onto the roof of his room in shock, astounded that he is crawling on walls, he hears Uncle Ben and Aunt May coming up the stairs.
Aunt May: Peter are you ok?
Uncle Ben: what happen?
Peter: im fine guys, dont come in just wait a second, my light just popped.
Peter then hops down onto his bed and is in shock that he was climbing walls like a spider.
Peter opens the door.
Peter: hey guys, whats up?
Uncle Ben: let me have a look at that light.
Uncle Ben stands on Peter's bed and asks Peter to go get him a new globe from downstairs.
Uncle Ben: Peter, can you get me a globe from my toolbox downstairs?
Peter: yeah sure.
