"The Legend of the Batman - Who He is, and How he Came to Be"
Fifteen years ago, a mugger named Joe Chill accosts Thomas and Martha Wayne and their young son Bruce. He shoots Thomas and Martha and leaves Bruce to survive. Bruce vows to avenge his parents and spends the following years developing his mind and body. One evening, while sitting in his father's study, a huge bat flies into the window. Believing it to be an omen, Bruce decides to drape himself in the trappings of a bat, and thus the Batman is born.
James Purefoy as Batman / Bruce Wayne
Purefoy is an awesome actor and very underrated. He'd be great for a established Bruce Wayne.
Ben Kingsley as Alfred Pennyworth
Kingsley is the splinting image of the comic book Alfred, if he actually tries he would be great.
Elias Koteas as Commissioner James Gordon
Koteas is a fantastic, underrated, character actor who excels in these police roles. Give him a hair peace, slap on a moustache and you've got Gordon.
Michael Madsen as Detective Harvey Bullock
Madsen is just perfect, nothing more to say.
Matt Bomer as Nightwing / Dick Grayson
Bomer would obviously be too old for Dick Grayson, but I'd love to see him in an established Batman universe.
Anna Kendrick as Oracle / Barbara Gordon
Kendrick is just too adorable and I think she'd be great with Bomer. I'd skip right over Batgirl and start with Barbara as Oracle.
Keith David as Lucuis Fox
No, not David Keith, Keith David. It's hard to have a better voice than Morgan Freeman, but I think David might just be able to pull it off.
Glenn Close as Doctor Leslie Thompkins
Close would be perfect as the female influence in Bruce Wayne's life.
Adrian Brody as The Joker
Brody was my favourite for The Joker before TDK and he's my favourite after.
Beth Riesgraf as Harley Quinn / Harleen Quinze
Any one who watches Levarage knows she's perfect for Harley.
Lena Headey as Catwoman / Selina Kyle
I think she's have great chemistry with Purefoy and she'd just make a great Catwoman.
Alan Tudyk as The Riddler / Edward Ngyma
Tudyk is a fan favourite and it just makes sense to have a red head for The Riddler.
David Suchet as The Penguin / Oswald Cobblepot
Suchet is a fantastic British Actor who would be great in a big role like this.
Dominic West as Two-Face / Harvey Dent
West is an awesome actor, the transformation from heroic Dent to villainous Two-Face would be no problem for him.
Carla Gugino as Poison Ivy / Pamela Isley
Hubba hubba. Nuff said.
Simon Pegg as The Mad Hatter / Jervis Tetch
I love Pegg. It would be fun to see him as a villain.
Derek Mears as Killer Croc / Waylon Jones
He's just a great physical actor. Croc would be a great role for him.
Mackenzie Crook as The Scarecrow / Jonathan Crane
Crook is super skinny and super creepy. What more can you ask?
Geoffrey Rush as Doctor Hugo Strange
Rush is one of my favourite actors. I love the character of Hugo Strange and I loved to see Rush in the role.
Mads Mikkelsen as Ra's Al Ghul
Who doesn't love Mads? Just picture him and Purefoy in a shirtless sword fight.
Rachel Weisz as Talia Al Ghul
I considered her for Catwoman, but I thought she was better for Talia. She'd be pretty much perfect.
