The X-Men Trilogy

Co-Written by: Robert Garlen (Me)

Co-Written and Directed by: Joss Whedon

THE NEW X-MEN
The government starts building and releasing Sentinels to hunt mutants after the Brotherhood of Mutant Supremacy declares war against humans. Professor Charles Xavier unites a group of teenage mutants to form the X-Men to stop the Brotherhood. Sent via Magneto, Wolverine joins the team with the ulterior motive of assassinating Professor Xavier. However, a the love triangle between Wolverine, Jean Grey and Cyclops ignites and the kinship of Jubilee, a girl in need of a father force Wolverine to rethink his choice and join the X-Men for the right reasons. Based on Ultimate X-Men: The Tomorrow People written by Mark Millar and Illustrated by Adam and Andy Kubert

Cast:
X-MEN

Cyclops: The leader of the X-Men superhero team in the Marvel Comics Universe. A mutant, Cyclops emits a powerful energy beam from his eyes (an "optic blast"). In uniform, he wears a battle visor with a single, ruby-quartz lens running eye-to-eye; the resulting one-eyed appearance is why he is codenamed "Cyclops."

Matthew Fox: He’s rapidly become a fan favorite for the role. It’s understandable why he would be the number 1 choice for Cyclops. He certainly looks like him, but as always my fan casts go less primarily with looks and focus on other key aspect of casting, Ability. Watching Speed Racer I did find him quite enjoyable and he certainly did well portraying someone who had to make a tough choice and had the voice and mannerisms for it. He’s a good choice in my opinion and I would give him the role of Cyclops.

Jean Grey-Jean Grey is a mutant born with telepathic and telekinetic powers. Her powers first manifested when she saw her childhood friend being hit by a car. She is a caring, nurturing figure, but she also must deal with being an Omega-level mutant and the physical manifestation of the cosmic Phoenix Force. She faces death numerous times in the history of the series, the first being when, in her guise as Marvel Girl.

Rachel Nichols: A great actress from a very popular (Star Trek) and an unpopular movie (G.I.J.O.E. Rise of Cobra) She’s a great actress and has an incredible likeness and attitude that in my opinion garner’s the ideas and the emotion of Marvel Girl. I certainly would say she is my number 1 for the role.

Wolverine: Born as James Howlett and commonly known as Logan, Wolverine is a mutant, possessing animal-keen senses, enhanced physical capabilities, three retracting bone claws on each hand and a healing factor that allows him to recover from virtually any wound, disease or toxin at an accelerated rate. The healing factor also slows down his aging process, enabling him to live beyond a normal human lifespan. His powerful healing factor enabled the super-soldier program Weapon X to bond the near-indestructible metal alloy adamantium to his skeleton and claws without killing him.

Jon Bernthal: I’ll admit a 100% to not knowing who he was until the Walking Dead came along. In fact it’s a particular moment in the Walking Dead that convinced me he was 100% perfect for the role.

Jubilee - A mutant, Jubilee had the superhuman power to generate "fireworks" of explosive plasma. A teenage "mall rat," she was the X-Men's youngest member in the early 1990s, often playing sidekick to Wolverine. She eventually joined the junior team Generation X.

Yifie Liu: Admitting she wasn’t bad in Forbidden Kingdom and would more than likely take the role just to add credit to her filmography but she also has the vibrant youth and look necessary for the role.

Colossus - A Russian mutant, the character is a member of the X-Men, and is by far the physically strongest member of the team, being able to transform into a strong metallic form, even without his powers he holds a physically imposing figure standing at 6' 7". Throughout the series he has been portrayed as a quiet, shy character, honest and innocent. He has had a fairly consistent presence in X-Men-related comic books since his debut. A talented artist, he only reluctantly agrees to use his powers in combat, feeling it is his responsibility to use his abilities for the betterment of human and mutant-kind.

Alexander Skarsgaard: A fan favorite for the role I could see him interacting well with Mila and carrying the kind Russians attribute to the big screen.

Shadowcat - A mutant, Pryde possesses a "phasing" ability that allows her and objects or people with which she is in contact to become intangible. This power also disrupts any electrical field she passes through, and lets her simulate levitation. At the time of her membership, under the codename Sprite (suggested by Storm in lieu of Professor X's suggestion, Ariel), Pryde was the youngest person invited to join the team of mutant superheroes the X-Men.

Mila Kunis: She's an amazing actress, very attractive and by far one of the best committed women to art I've ever seen, she would be fantastic in the role.

Angel - A mutant, Angel originally possesses a pair of large feathered wings extending from his back, enabling him to fly. He is the heir and CEO of the multi-billion dollar Worthington Industries. This privileged background results in Warren being stereotyped as an arrogant and self-absorbed playboy during his early years with the X-Men. This personality was ultimately replaced with a more introspective and brooding personality in the late 1980s, when the character was revamped into the more grim and gritty "Archangel" persona.

Armie Hammer: He's a fan favorite for this role and one that i myself agree with a great actor looking for work after the cancellation of the Lone Ranger. I think this would be a role for him.

Iceman- A mutant, Iceman has the ability of cryokinesis where he can freeze anything around him and can also turn his body into ice. Although he is an Omega-level mutant, Drake has yet to tap his full mutant potential. He has, however, begun to take more interest over the years in developing his abilities.

Kyle Gallner: The perfect choice in my opinion a great actor when under the right direction.

Nightcrawler- A mutant, Nightcrawler possesses superhuman agility, the ability to teleport, invisibility in deep shadows, and adhesive hands and feet. His physical mutations include blue fur, two-toed and -fingered feet and hands (not including thumbs), yellow eyes, and a prehensile tail. Nightcrawler is a German Catholic and is vocal about his faith.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt: He's a great actor, I'm not sure if he's a fan favorite but he should be he has the talent for and physique of Nightcrawler.

Rogue – Rogue was born as a mutant. More so than most, Rogue considers her powers a curse: she involuntarily absorbs and sometimes also removes the memories, physical strength, and (in the case of superpowered persons) the abilities of anyone she touches. For most of her life, this potentially fatal power prevented her from making any physical contact with others, including her on-off love interest, Gambit, but after many years Rogue finally gained full control over her power.

Jena Malone: She was Amazing in Sucker Punch and was pretty sexy despite having short hair. Her attitude and entity as Rocket is what inspires me to cast her as Rogue.

Gambit –As a mutant, Gambit possesses the ability to manipulate kinetic energy, as well as a hypnotic charm. He is also skilled in card-throwing, hand-to-hand combat, and the use of a Bō staff. Few X-Men trusted Gambit, who was originally a professional thief, when he first joined the group. There was consistently a source of stress between him and his on-again off-again love interest Rogue. This was exacerbated when his connections to villain Mister Sinister were revealed, although some of his team members accept that Gambit honestly seeks redemption.

Matt Bomer: A great actor and rumored to have been attached to the role many times, i think in a reboot continuity he'd be perfect for the role of Gambit.

Storm-Storm is an extremely powerful mutant and has demonstrated a plethora of abilities, most of which are facets of her power to control the weather.[69] Storm possesses the psionic ability to control all forms of weather over vast areas. She has been able to control both Earthly and extraterrestrial ecosystems on several occasions. She can control the temperature of the environment, control all forms of precipitation, humidity and moisture (at a molecular level), generate lightning and other electromagnetic atmospheric phenomena, and has demonstrated excellent control over atmospheric pressure. She can incite all forms of meteorological tempests, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist. She can dissipate such weather to form clear skies as well.

Zoe Saldana:She's a wonderful actress and by far would be the best live action Storm seeing she knows how to act and how not to do a Catwoman movie.

Beast-When first introduced, the Beast—a mutant—possesses ape-like superhuman physical strength and agility and oversized hands and feet, though he otherwise appears to be a normal human being. Throughout his history, the Beast undergoes progressive transformations to his physiognomy, permanently gaining increasingly animalistic physical characteristics. Despite his inhuman appearance, he is a brilliant man of the arts and sciences; he is a world authority on biochemistry and genetics, the X-Men's medical doctor, and the science and mathematics instructor at the Xavier Institute (the X-Men's headquarters and school for young mutants).

Andy Serkis: I love him as an actor and since in a reboot Beast would be CGI I would have to say Serkis is by far the best actor for the job especially after a viewing of "Rise of the Planet of the Apes".

Professor X-Throughout most of his comic book history, Xavier is paraplegic, although his body houses one of the world's most powerful mutant minds. As a high-level telepath, Xavier can read, control and influence human minds. A scientific genius, he is also a leading authority on genetics, mutation, and psionic powers.

Kelsey Grammer: A no brainer i know he was in X3 but this isn't the Ratner-Verse nor is it the Vaughn/Singer-verse. This is the MCU, and I think Kelsey Grammer is by far one of the most amazing actors of all time, he would bring out a new Charles Xavier.

THE GOVERNMENT

Senator Robert Kelly - He is a prominent United States Senator who began his career on an anti-mutant platform, and as the X-Men team is made up entirely of mutants, his role tends to be that of an antagonist. However, towards the latter days of his career, he began to change his views on mutants as a whole.

Jon Hamm: No one wears a suit or gives off the radiance of a politician like Jon Hamm who was at one time a Superman fan favorite choice would more than likely play an ideal Robert Kelly.

Bolivar Trask - the architect for the US Government 'Sentinel Initiative', a response to Magneto's terrorist attacks on Capitol Hill. Initially, the Sentinels patrolled Los Angeles, and then New York City, destroying any human containing mutant genes.

Patrick Dempsey: As much as Transformers 3 sucked, he pretty much played a watered down version of Trask, it seems like a role he could adapt to quickly, could work for him if he doesn’t get to be Dr. Strange.

THE BROTHERHOOD

Magneto - A powerful mutant with the ability to generate and control magnetic fields, Magneto has been the X-Men's most prominent enemy ever since his first appearance. In his early appearances, his motives were bent on megalomania, but writers have since fleshed out his character and origin, revealing him to be a Jewish Holocaust survivor whose actions are driven by the purpose of protecting the mutant race from suffering a similar fate. His role in comics have varied from supervillain to antihero to even hero. His character's early history has been compared with the civil rights leader Malcolm X–

Jeremy Irons: Who else could play the master of Magnetism for the MCU other than Jeremy Irons. He's a great actor with age and composure. It would be hard to think of anyone who can bring as much to the roles as Irons could (outside of Fassbender of course.)

Sabretooth - The character Wolverine is depicted as his long-time enemy, although conflicting accounts have been given as to the origin of their feud. It is also known that he and Sabretooth were victims of the Cold War super soldier program Weapon X, and that Sabretooth saw Wolverine as competition and tried to make his life miserable. While Wolverine is depicted as suppressing his more savage qualities, Sabretooth does the opposite and embraces them. -

Joe Manganiello: I chose him for his acting ability first, youth second and height third. He’s a great actor who carries menacing and threatening very well making him an asset as Sabretooth.

Mystique -Throughout most of her history, Mystique has been a supervillain, founding her own Brotherhood of Mutants and assassinating several important people involved in mutant affairs.

Sienna Miller: This seemed like an obvious choice for me, she's a terrific actress and i can really see her having a lot of fun in this role.

Blob-A mutant originally depicted as a morbidly obese circus freak, the Blob claims to be immovable. He possesses an extreme amount of pliable body mass, which grants him superhuman strength and his own gravitational pull. Possessing the mindset of a bully, he mostly uses his powers for petty crime and as a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants and Freedom Force.

Jason Segel: Pretty much Blob has always seemed like a comic relief character. I like Jason Segel as an actor he's always got that fun humor to him that could really fit in with Blob

Pyro- A mutant who has the psionic ability to manipulate flame by shaping it as he desires, increasing or decreasing its heat, intensity, and size.

Ben Foster: See in a movie called Hostage he played a pyromaniac/serial killer and I've been convinced that this would be the role for him ever since.

Toad- Toad was originally a weak, hunchbacked mutant, with a superhuman leaping ability. He was Magneto's sniveling servant in the 1960s line-up of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.-

Jamie Bell: He's a fan favorite for a few roles, and this one i think he would really be able to show off his talent and enjoy the chaotic fun playing Toad.

White Queen -An urbane, mutant telepath with a well-noted dry wit[1] initially known as the White Queen (complete with revealing white attire for which she is known), Frost has changed from one of the X-Men's most dangerous foes to one of its most central members.-

Mila Jovovich: She's always been one i could image for this role and it's easy to imagine why, she has all the traits that an actress would need to play the White Queen.

Juggernaut - hen Cain Marko finds the Gem of the mystical entity Cyttorak, he is empowered with magical energies and transformed into an immortal avatar for the entity in question. As the Juggernaut, Marko possesses superhuman strength, being capable of shattering mountains, lifting and using buildings as weapons, and extreme durability. The Juggernaut is described as physically unstoppable once in motion, does not tire from physical activity and is able to survive without food, water, or oxygen. -

Kevin Durand: He's my personal favorite choice a lot of people tend to cast him as Sabretooth but I've always felt that he'd play the Juggernaut way, way better than Sabretooth.

Scarlet Witch - The Scarlet Witch is a mutant who had the ability to manipulate probability via her "hexes" (often manifesting physically as "hex spheres" or "hex bolts"). These hexes are relatively short range, and are limited to her line of sight. Casting a hex requires a gesture and concentration on her part, though the gestures are largely a focus for the concentration and despite this precision, the hexes are not necessarily guaranteed to work, particularly if Wanda is tired or using her powers excessively.
Rooney Mara: She is a favorite actress of mine, she does very well in giving her characters depth and diversity. I think her particular style of movement would lend itself perfectly to the Scarlet Witch.

Quicksilver - Quicksilver is a mutant capable of moving and thinking at superhuman speeds. Originally capable of running at the speed of sound;able to run at supersonic speeds of up to Mach 5 and resist the effects of friction, reduced oxygen, and kinetic impact while moving at super-speeds. The character's speed allows him to perform feats such as create cyclone-strength winds; run up walls and cross bodies of water. -

Tom Felton: Admitingly a fan favorite who I simply just don’t disagree with. He has the ability to play evil and cocky and he has the physical look of the character.

Mastermind –a mutant with the power to generate complex telepathic illusions. He was a founding member of the first Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and later a probationary member of the Lords Cardinal of the Hellfire Club.

David Tennet: An amazing Doctor from DR.WHO he looks and has the ability to portray a convincing Mastermind.

Havok – Havok generates powerful “plasma blasts”, an ability he has had difficulty controlling. He is the son of Corsair, the younger brother of the X-Men's Cyclops, and the older brother of Vulcan. He often resents Cyclops' authoritative attitude and reputation as a model X-Man.

Scott Porter: He literally played the same character in the same movie as Matthew Fox. He's another good actor that i could believe as Matthew Fox's Brother.

UNCANNY X-MEN
When the Renegade Shi'ar Prince D'Kan and his band of warriors escape from a galactic Court Marshall Lilandra goes to her ex-lover Charles Xavier for his help finding the M'Krann Crystal before D'Kan does. Things turn to the worse as a newly reformed Havok and Cyclops meet Cosair and Vulan (a spy for D'Kan who turns out to be the mastermind of the event) Cylcop's and Havok's long lost Father and Brother.

Shi'ar Imperial Force

Lilandra – She is the Empress (or Majestrix) of the Shi'ar Empire and shares a lifelong bond with the leader of the X-Men, Charles Xavier.

Julie Benz: She's beautiful and regal she really has the appearance and the mannerisms of a woman you could believe was running a vast empire like that the Shi'ar hold. I can definitley see her as Lilandra

Gladiator – The character Gladiator is Kallark, a member of the Strontian race, as well as the Praetor (leader) of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard, an elite corps of powerful beings that enforce Shi'ar Imperial law on all planets within the Shi'ar Galaxy. Gladiator first appears in The Uncanny X-Men issue 107. The Imperial Guard also protects and carries out the personal directives of the Majestor or Majestrix (emperor or empress) of the Shi’ar Empire. Together with the Imperial Guard, Gladiator battles the X-Men at the command of then-Shi'ar Emperor D'Ken.

Tyler Mane: At times i do think he is a good actor, I would like to see him in the role really allowing him to let the makeup and the design of his character help him act and emote the character.

Cosiar – a star-faring hero in the Marvel Comics universe. He leads the space-faring team the Starjammers and was best known as the father of X-Men superheroes Cyclops, Havok, and Vulcan.

Viggo Mortensen: I really couldn't think of anyone else who'd be as perfect for this role as Viggo, he has an uncanny likeness to the character while also having the age and ability to play this character.

Zaladane- Zaladane is a sorceress with an extensive knowledge of sorcery, and the ability to wield and manipulate the forces of magic for an undefined variety of effects. She primarily has used these powers for mind control and limited energy projection. For a time she wielded the ability to control magnetic forces in a manner similar to Magneto, but of a more limited nature.

Emmy Rossum: She's beautiful and talented as an actress she's been in a few not so good films but she does have the necessary talent to play such a character.

Polaris- Polaris' powers enable her to sense and control magnetism, including manipulating metals which are susceptible to magnetism. Her powers come from technology wired into her nervous system which imitate her former mutant powers of magnetism. Polaris can generate magnetic energy pulses, create force fields, manipulate the Earth's magnetic field, and allow herself to fly, By concentrating, Polaris can perceive the world around her solely as patterns of magnetic and electrical energy.

Christina Hendricks: A current favorite of Director Nicholas Wynding Refn (who intends to cast has as Wonder Woman) I would love to see her as Polaris she's a great actress very beautiful and versatile the type of actress you want for a role like Polaris.

Shi'ar Renegades

D’Ken – D'Ken Neramani is a member of the royal family of the Shi'ar Empire, which is governed by the extraterrestrial Shi'ar race and controls all known inhabited planets in their galaxy from Chandilar, the Imperial Throneworld. When his eldest sister, Al'svee, later known as Deathbird, murdering their father presumably to gain the throne, she was exiled instead, placing D'ken in the position of emperor (Majestror). Unfortunately, D'ken was insane.

Eric Bana: After seeing him play Star Trek's Nero He's been my number one choice
for Brainiac in a Superman Film, but i would feel it wrong not to include him as D'Ken because he clearly has the talent to play a hateful dictator and a wondrous villain.

Erik the Red – Davan Shakari has the normal superhuman advantages of a member of his species. This entails enhanced strength, enhanced agility, and hollow bones. In addition to this he wore a costume that augmented his strength to higher superhuman levels, enabled him to control minds to a limited degree, and fire concussive force blasts from his hands. He had various other advantages, comprising alien technology several centuries more advanced than that found on Earth.

Vinnie Jones: I think that Vinnie Jones is just the right for the character. I really couldn't see the character being a very complicated individual but more of a mercenary that i could see being played by Vinnie.

Deathbird- Deathbird is part of a segment of the extraterrestrial Shi'ar race that possesses talon-tipped wings. She is the hated sister of the Shi'ar empress Lilandra Neramani, the mother of the Shi'ar warrior, Deathcry, and constantly seeks to usurp her sister's throne. She is also a sister of D'Ken, the first depicted ruler of the Shi'ar.

Eriko Tamura: I wanted an actress who can play with that darkness and that love of death and destruction that would match up well with the actor i chose for Vulcan.

Vulcan- Thought to be a part of the Royal Elite, raised by his father Vulcan grew a corrupted view of the Universe wanting death and destruction. Vulcan is a mutant with the ability to psionically manipulate vast amounts of energy. In addition to traditional energies of the electromagnetic spectrum Vulcan has displayed control over exotic energies such as Cyclops' optic blasts and magical energy. He has used his powers to produce light, heat, force, and electricity, as well as warp or disable large amounts, and different types, of existing energy sources, tap into and suppress mutant energies, survive in the vacuum of space, and fly. Outside a planetary atmosphere his flight speed can even reach near the speed of light. He can track energy signatures over vast interstellar distances, as demonstrated when he located a trio of starships.

Garret Hedlund: He's a favorite for Havok but I'm putting him as Vulcan, he's a great actor and I'd love to see him in a role where he could really cut lose and become a Supervillain.

THE ASTONISHING X-MEN
After returning from the Cosmic Marvel, The X-Men find New York in ruins and the Brotherhood protecting humans and attempting to create a revolution from Apocalypse and his cohort Mister Sinister, after they took the minds of two Brotherhood Members (Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch) and later Two X-Men (Angel, Havok) while Apocalypse attempts to steal and control the Phoenix force that Jean used to save the Universe. As it seems all hope might be lost faith is returned when two visitors from the future come to help the X-Men and save their brainwashed Mutant comrades.

The X-Men of the Future

Cable: Rumored amongst the group to be an X-Man or the Son of one from the Future Cable is a mutant badass venturing to the past to prevent a post apocalyptic future. He is eventually revealed (to and by Wolverine) as the future Son of Scott Summers and Jean Grey.

Liam Neeson: I wanted to take creative liberties with this character making him someone new, but still the character from the comic books and the person i chose was the new Hannibal Smith, Liam Neeson.

Bishop- Bishop was a member of Xavier's Security Enforcers (initially called the Xavier School Enforcers), a mutant police force from a dystopian future of the Marvel Universe. He traveled to the 21st century and joined the X-Men, a team he knew only as legends. A brash antihero, he had difficulty adjusting to the norms of the time period.

Michael Jai White: A no brainer, he looks and pretty much acts like Bishop. He's an actor that has the right feel and movements to really encompass all the Bishop is but bring something new to the character.
The Marauders/Horsemen

(NOTE: Since the Horsemen are composed of X-Men and Brotherhood members only 2 cast members will be listed under this section)

Apocalypse - The First Mutant to exist, a god of evil and darkness who seeks to control a universe in ruins so that only the strong shall Survive.

Arnold Vosloo: This choice came to me as a moment of clarity. Not many if anyone would really cast Vosloo, but he's a good, if not great actor, who could be considered for hundreds of other comic book related parts, but this is the part that i would see him show his best and really become Apocalypse.

Mister Sinister: 19th Century scientist Nathaniel Essex was genetically altered by the "first" mutant, Apocalypse, who shared his "survival of the fittest" philosophy. Sinister is perhaps the greatest geneticist in the Marvel Universe, capable of cloning, creating, enhancing or controlling mutant abilities.

Jason Isaacs: This is just really the kind of Role he's perfect for. I really couldn't see how he wouldn't be perfect for it.

WOLVERINE FILM
Wolverine leaves the X-Mansion yet again to discover himself once a meeting with Sabretooth brings to light ROMULUS and DAKEN two rogue mutants intertwined with Wolverines past challenging him to go deeper into the roots that made him the WOLVERINE.

DEADPOOL: The insane merc with the mouth. Hired by a mysterious benefactor to kill Wolverine and later hired to join him on the assault on Romulus.

Scott Adkins & Nathan Fillion: While Deadpool is a very physical role he’s a role that requires a memorable voice, Scott has the physical part down pat but for the voice I wanted to do something a but more creative and original, there may be people who also have casted him but I haven’t seen any recently.

X-23: The clone of Wolverine, and seen as a possible threat by Daken, she is unwillingly dragged into the conflict by Romulus and lead by Wolverine to the fight against Romulus.

Kristen Kreuk: She’s really not my number one choice but she’s a decent actress when under the right director and could really be convinced to bring something to the role and show what talent she has.

DAKEN: The son of Wolverine believed to be brainwashed by Romulus. Wolverine makes an attempt to save his son from becoming another enemy like Sabretooth. While Daken has other plans not only to kill his father and Romulus but to become the most powerful of them.

Jason Momoa: He’s my number one choice he might be taller than the character but he definitely is how I picture Daken physically and methodically. If he brought his Game of Thrones talent to playing Daken it would definitely be recognized.

OMEGA RED: The ruthless Russian kept frozen in suspended animation awoken by Romulus and threat death unless he serves him. Romulus uses Omega Red as a pawn in his attempts to draw in Wolverine.

Oleg Tarktarov: I simply think he’s just got the stone cold killer look and movements to really pull this off. Sure someone better is around but I think he would do absolutely fantastic.

WILD CHILD: Romulus’ faithful puppet. Wild Child is dedicated to serving his master and causing chaos.

Elijah Wood: Initially I had decided to cast Thomas Dekker and not Elijah but re-watching Sin City confirmed that Elijah was not only the best choice but the most apt and workable.

ROMULUS: The mastermind behind the events of Wolverine’s life dedicated to becoming a master mutant and the ruler of all mutant kind uses his assembled team of Daken, Omega Red, and Wild Child to capture Sabretooth, Wolverine and eliminate the youth X-23.

Ralph Fiennes: If you see Red Dragon he plays a evil JAMF. He plays a great and sadistic Manipulator in the Harry Potter Films and he’s really someone I would just trust with the role.

A little iffy for me but still a pretty solid cast.

I like some, and some I don't like...Jena Malone was fantastic in Sucker Punch, but in no way is she Rogue, but, I am sure there is a character out there for her. I don't like Milla as the voluptuous White Queen. Emma is supposed to be sexy, regal, and down right bitchy...Milla is not hot, at all, and can not act. Your Polaris choice is a huge no...Hendricks is a good actress, but is not Polaris...I never want her near a CBM.
Though Rooney Mara is a fantastic actress, and looks a lot like the X-men Evolution Scarlet Witch, I would not want her to be portrayed that was in a film...I want her to look like the comics...the long auburn hair, tall figure, and beautiful...how about Gemma Arterton or Tamsin Egerton?
This is a good cast though...keep it up :)

This is what I think of your Wolverine, Colossus, Shadowcat, and Polaris picks:

The rest are awesome. Great job and thumbs up!!

Most of these are good but I would change:
Christian Kane as Wolverine, I still think he is the best choice.

Colossus= Ryan Hurst he plays Opie in Sons of Anarchy and he is huge but has that gentle giant attitude.

Rogue= Amber Heard is my choice.

Storm= Naomie Harris or Kerry Washington.

Mystique= Charlize Theron.

Blob= Billy Gardel.

I love Arnold Vosloo. I wanted him to be Lex Luthor but he would be great as Apocalypse.

I forgot one
Emma Frost= Melissa George.

- Matthew Fox wouldn't hurt as Cyclops. I've got my own choice, but yours is fine.
- Okay, the scenes in P7 where Nichols had an emotional breakdown might be why Rachel is considered for Jean. But to me, she's either Ms. Marvel or Shanna. Nevertheless, go with who you feel comfortable.
- Damn, I gotta get into The Walking Dead! I saw some of it on AMC, and I kind of want to see more. Hence why it's in my Blockbuster Queue. Oh, and did I mention what a step up Jon Bernthal is from Jackie Earle Haley?
- Okay, I checked out Crystal Liu Yifei, and I hate to bust you for this, but you need an Asian-American actress for Jubilee. Examples include Brenda Song, Malese Jow, or Hayley Kiyoko.
- Like I told ager, you're right about Alex. He has spoken Russian in one episode of True Blood, so he's definitely good for Colossus, but when he becomes an adult (Astonishing X-Men and beyond).
- Like I said before, you've made a good move casting a Jewish actress for a Jewish superhero. And I can't really dump on your choice.
- Armie Hammer would be perfect for X-Men: First Class Angel, but currently, he's my - and everybody else's it seems - pick for Colossus. What do you think of my choice, Trevor Donovan? He played a rich kid in 90210
- Impulse has reminded me of Iceman, and I can't really dump on you for that.
- JGL has been name dropped as a great choice for Nightcrawler over at Super Hero Hypes, so I'll toast you.
- I have to side with Lewis25 with Amber Heard as Rogue. Look at the video below and prove me wrong.

- Matt Bomer was once considered for Gambit? Where the hell was I?
- Why am I unable to see Andy Serkis as Beast. Okay, he can do the motion-capture work like nobody else, but overall, I don't know. I guess I prefer Kiefer Sutherland (he'd make a great replacement for Kelsey Grammer for X-Men 4 if Grammer doesn't come back). Your choice for Blob, Peter Segal, could be another choice to look at, because he sounds very intellectual and has dry wit.
- I just started watching Mad Men and I admit, seeing Don Draper reminded me of Robert Kelly, so I'm definitely on your side.
- Again, I agree with you on Dempsey. His villain in Transformers: Dark of the Moon was horribly written, but had so much potential at hindsight. Give him a shot as Bolivar Trask, why not? He can work with machines again.
- Hell yes on Jeremy Irons!
- I've also considered Joey as Sabretooth. Big-ass dude, and he'd tower over Bernthal easily.
- As long as Peter has a convincing fat suit, he'd work as Blob. But like I said before, he's also a great choice for Beast.
- How should I put this? Oh yeah. Milla Jovovich doesn't have the body of Emma Frost. We need an actress who can pull off the prim and proper personality, and has amazing cleavage. I'll disagree with tweeeeenkies3, Milla can act worth a damn. I'd consider her to play Jean Grey.
- I can't fault you on your casting choice for Scarlet Witch and why. But Rooney Mara... I don't know, that's a sticky one. Mistress Kizuna (totally underrated fancaster) convinced me to step away from Rosie Huntington-Whitely - probably for the best - and convinced me to cast someone who has an exotic look, can speak with a Romanian accent (British is alright too, however), and can do crazy. Rooney can do crazy, but to me, it's Eva Green or Emily Blunt. But you needed someone who's nearly the same age as Tom Felton, and I can't fault you for making the choice.
- Tom Felton is a strong choice for a young Quicksilver.
- Hmm, I can see David Thewlis play some dude with magical powers. But after seeing Fright Night, he seems too larger-than-life and over-the-top. I see someone more edgy and gritty. Maybe James Callis?
- No, I somehow can't see Christina Hendricks as Polaris. A little old and too chunky, at least in my opinion.
- I think both your Cable and Bishop choices have to be the same height. But we can have lifts for MJW.
- Nathan Fillion as Deadpool? Uh, hate to break it to you, but no. Fillion isn't a crazy-ass son-of-a-bitch. Even if you cast a Canadian actor. I'm giving Ryan Reynolds a shot, unless Fox won't get off their asses and get Deadpool going.
- Kristin Kreuk is too old for X-23, hate to shit on you. X-23 is a teenager when she starts out. It's between Nina Dobrev and Kristen Stewart, two actresses who are the right age and can play tortured, intense heroines.
- Oof, your Daken is way off. Daken is Chinese-American, and stands at 5'9". Jason Momoa might make for a good Warpath. But hey, just stating the obvious.

As for the rest of the cast, I have my own opinions, but I've shat on you enough. For an updated fancast, you did well enough. Why not come and check out my fancasts as well for Blade and Doctor Strange.

You put a lot of work into this, and a lot of the choices are great, believe me they are. But some of them have to be fixed up a little bit. Jason Segal? Come on, not a cbm actor. But the WORST and biggest mistake in this whole, large fancast is your choice of Professor X. Come on man, this is the leader of the x-men. However you portray him will lead to the success, and failure of the movie, believe me it will. You may never EVER get a perfect cast choice for Professor X than Patrick Stewart, and Kelsey Grammar is not the right choice.

Listen man, I hate to rag on you for one pick out of the dozens of others you made, but this one was a biggie for me. Overall: good job, love a lot of the picks, like Michael Jai White, and hope to see more of your work. Love and appreciate the effort most of all!

Oh, and I agree with RoadDog...Your X-23 is much to old...Ii think Lucy Hale is the perfect choice, or Nina Dobrev could do it.
I do like how much work you put into this though...Michael Jai White is PERFECT! So is Matt Bomer... Good cast either way

one little tiny complaint from me. Ice MAN, he's not a boy in the comic, please make Bobby Drke a little older and I will follow you through the gates of Avalon on majestic steeds with this cast.

One thing. Hugh Jackman is still Wolverine, hands down. Unless he finally gets tired. Other than that, he might be the only one of the original series to be a part of the new series, save that of Kelsey Grammar, except this time he will be Professor X.
