(in the style of district 9)
An areal battle between Venom and Spider-man takes place over time square. There is a lot of webbing black and white flying around. Think GI Joe ninja scene on the mouthing except in mid air between Spider-Man and venom. Venom final foes a sling shot flying kick to Spider-man, sending him to the top of a building. Venom quickly gets on top of Spider-man. Venom punches his left web shooter and his right web shooter. Venom throws Spider-man to the ground. Spider-man plummets to the pavement. Venom follows. Venom hits the ground by spider-man's body, venom arches back, the symbiote grows, teticles start to come out. Venom stretch his arms out the grow bigger his hands grow nails, he slashes his hands quickly towards Spider-man. Venoms stops and turns around quickly. He notices his wife on the ground grasping her throat. He slit her throat as she was trying to escape. Venoms face retracts showing Eddies face.
Spider-man with all his strength slowly moves, he notices that his right web shooter slight works and he swings off.
Venom retracts complet as Eddie is kneading by his dead wife. Tears roll down his face as he shakes his head back and forth saying no.
In the back ground you can see a red hair man come out of the shadows, he wipes blood off his face and his knuckles.
Eddie hears sirens, venom quickly appears and he runs off.
Spider-man is back in his apartment. He spits up blood into a waste basket. He looks at his wrist. Flash backs of his fight between Venom appear on screen as he looks at his broken web shooters. He hears church bells and remember that sound effects Venom. He gets up and walks to the restroom, he looks at his face and sees the scars. He remembers seeing Eddie's wife dead on the street and he was unable toehold. He become furious. Flash back of him in the suit, the rage and the power.
Spider-man puts his mask on grabs an extra pair of web-shooters then leaves.
