The Web of Spider-Man is a fan fiction story I created, along with the help of my friend. The story follows the young, awkward Peter Parker, who doesn't seem to fit in anywhere. While one day on a class trip to the laboratories of Oscorp, he is bitten by a genetically enhanced spider. When he gets home that day, he finds himself extremely woozy. When he wakes up, he finds himself stronger, and does not need to wear glasses. Later on, he discovers he has turned into a human spider, with the ability to climb walls, be extremely agile, and very strong.
The story also follows the life of Quentin Beck, an ex-psychologist, who went insane after a fire he was in and wants revenge. But Peter and Quentin aren't the only characters in this story. Tony Stark and Matt Murdock are also in this story. Why you may ask? Well you'll just have to find out.
While Peter struggles to be normal in school, outside of school, when he puts the mask on, he is the farthest thing from that. Peter must also decide on a big decision, between risking his own life, and the life of Gwen Stacy and her family. And as Mysterio starts to mess with Peter's mind, Peter is faced with the ultimate question. Is what he is doing right or wrong?
The Web of Spider-Man could not have been done without the help of my good friend, soda9. We hope to keep posting enjoyable content that you will keep reading and give feedback. Be sure to expect script sneak-peeks, costume designs, and personal critiquing on scenes. Get ready for your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man to swing into action and form a new story that has never been told before.
