DISCLAIMER FOR DISCLAIMER: I really didn't want to do this but because of some experience doing these things..... I just got to.
DISCLAIMER: This is not real. This will never end up on actual film. These are my personal choices for the cast of an X-MEN film, so be kind and enjoy
THE X-MEN
The Professor
Elias Koteas
That's right, Casey Jones as Professor X. I was thinking for a long time who I wanted to play Charles, I knew I wanted him to be a bit younger than how he's usually portrayed, and I also knew I didn't want to use the clichéd bald actors who are usually cast for this role, Lex Luthor, and the Kingpin, and so I chose Koteas. Besides Playing Casey in the Ninja turtle film, Koteas has given great performances in such things as "Shooter", "Let Me In", "House", and currently "The Killing". I have a good feeling Koteas would rock this role.
Wolverine
Dominic Zamprogna
Zamprogna is fine Canadian actor whose guest starred in such shows as "Supernatural", "Smallville(as Bruno Manhiem), "Battlestar Galactaca", and was the star of the hit Canadian teen drama "Edgemont". He is now one of the stars of the soap" General Hospital". From the moment I first saw him I thought he would make a fantastic Logan. Standing at 5'8, Zamprogna has a stocky, muscular build that suits wolverine and from his work in various performances, I've seen his range as actor and I know he could handle the intensity and ferocity that comes with playing Wolverine.
Scott Summers/Cyclops
Scott Speedman
Speedman is an exceptional actor who I believe everyone knows from "Felicity" and "The Underworld Series". I never really paid much attention to Speedman's work until I saw the pilot for the show "Last Resort". I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw and I now think Speedman would make a cool Cyclops. In the series Speedman showed great leadership in his portrayal of a navy lieutenant and as it progressed we saw man who had to make hard decisions for the sake of his people, and that's I want from Scott. Not to mention Speedman has a great chin that would really come through with a entire head piece on.
Jean Grey
Ruth Wilson
Wilson is an actress i'm not 100% familiar with, but I've heard good things. She gained notoriety in the show Luthor playing a Psychopathic killer, and can now be seen in "The Lone Ranger". From what I've seen Wilson is quite a good actor who knows how to engage the audience with her face alone and I like that. Jean is complicated character who if played the wrong way could come off as really annoying. I have faith Wilson could portray a fascinating version Jean.
Storm
Regina King
King is a very good actress who could be seen in things like "Enemy of the State", "Jerry McGuire", "Ray", and the now cancelled but very compelling "Southland". King has an assertive quality to her, and brings strong female empowerment to many of her roles. I know without a doubt king would own as storm, way better than Halle Berry.
Hank McCoy/Beast
Ethan Hawke
I really don't have to explain this one. Hawke is an extraordinary actor who bring intelligence and humanity to all his roles. To me there's no one better for Beast.
Bobby Drake/Iceman
Alexander Ludwig
Ludwig is a fine up and coming actor who could be seen in the monster hit of a film "Hunger Games". I chose Ludwig for Iceman after re watching "The Seeker:The Dark is Rising" the other day. While the film was a boring mess, Ludwig's performance was alright. He had a fun playful quality that suits iceman and he's currently at a good age for the part.
Rogue
Carey Mulligan
Mulligan is quite a diverse actress who could be seen in things like "Wall Street 2, "Drive", and "The Great Gatsby". While she does come off as a bubbly blonde, Mulligan does have an exceptional range of emotions she could evoke, and she does have a history of playing darker roles. Just imagine her with long black hair and I think you'll get the picture.
Warren Worthington III/Archangel
Paul Walker
Walker might not be everyone's favorite actor, but there's no doubt he has a huge on screen presence in movies such as "The fast and Furious series". Walker has the right look for Warren and I think he would make a fitting Archangel.
Gambit
Lucas Black
This might be an out of the box choice, but those are the ones I love. Everyone Knows Black from his roles in "F&F: Tokyo Drift", "Legion", and "42". I really dig Black's acting style with his southern draw and confident swag. I think he would make an excellent Gambit. While he Doesn't have Remmy's signature long Locks, that's nothing movie magic can't fix.
Nightcrawler
Ben Barnes
I'll be honest, I'm not at all familiar with Barnes except for a few scenes of "Dorian Grey" I saw a while back. I chose him for Nightcrawler because of his slim build, and bone structure which would be right for the character.
BROTHERHOOD OF MUTANTS
Magneto
James Remar
Since I went younger for Professor X, I had to do the same for Magneto. Remar in an amazing actor who in one moment could be scary and intimidating, and in another believably sympathetic. I'm quite a fan of his work that includes "48HRS", "The Warriors", and "The Phantom". I would love to see what Remar could do in this role.
Mystique
Katie Cassidy
Cassidy is of course one of the leads of the hit show "Arrow", but she could also be seen in things like "Supernatural, "Melrose Place", and some stupid Selena Gomez film "Monte Carlo". I chose Cassidy because of the raw sexuality that just exudes her and her all around badassness. While I did like Romijn's performance as Mystique, I think Cassidy would bring something totally fresher to the character.
Sabertooth
Dylan McDermott
A unique choice? Perhaps, but i'm sticking with it. McDermott is a highly under rated actor whose been in things like "The Practice", "American Horror Story", and "Olympus Has Fallen". I chose McDermott because I think he could bring us all the sabertooth we always wanted, A sadistic, blood thirsty sociopath who has no remorse for human life and wants nothing more than to destroy his brother. McDermott is great at playing a bad guy, and has very aged animalistic type look to him.
Juggernaut
Matt Willig
I love the character of Juggernaut, and he's huge, so there you go.
Emma Frost
Anna Torv
The Star of the series "Fringe", Torv Is a greatly talented actress who has the body to fill out Frost skimpy Clothing.
Toad
Jesse Eisenberg
Eisenberg is a fantastic young actor who everyone knows from "The social Network", "Zombieland", and "Now you see Me". I chose Eisenberg for toad because he's kind of a small skinny and he has that fast talking smart mouth that would fit the character.
