Ezra Miller's Credence Gets The Spotlight In This New FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD Featurette

it appears that Credence Barebone's (Ezra Miller) story is far from over as he'll once again be at the center of the mystery in Warner Bros.' upcoming Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

With exactly one month to go until Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald hits theaters, Warner Bros. announced today that they will be hosting a Fantastic Fandom Event next month, which will include a special early screening of the highly anticipated sequel on November 13.

As part of the announcement, WB also released a magical new featurette that offers a look at some never-before-seen footage from the David Yates-directed feature as well as new details on exactly why all of our heroes and villains have assembled in Paris.

It certainly looks like Credence (Ezra Miller) may once again be at the center of all the mystery.

At the end of the first film, the powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander. But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise wizards and witches up to rule over all non-magical beings.

In an effort to thwart Grindelwald's plans, Albus Dumbledore enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.

I think Ezra's gonna be the standout of this one.

Definitely top 3 most cringeworthy characters of 2016.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - that’s Jacob Kowalski. Horribly acted, ridiculous, cringe worthy humor, no purpose in the plot

What was “cringey” about Credence? His story was thematically dark and heartbreaking, he was well acted, actually had stakes in the plot, and was complex.

He just wasn’t superficially gratifying and silly enough for you.

The first movie slowly got me invested in Credence and felt bad about him in the end, so him being the mystery now or again works for me.

What a lame franchise. Harry Potter was bad enough. Harry Potter spin-offs are something I really wish did not exist. Can’t wait to hear all the backlash I get from the people who actually enjoy this crap. I would call them nerds, but that would be an insult to nerds everywhere.

Ezra Miller's character was my favorite part of Fantastic Beasts, glad they aren't squandering his potential.

Harry Potter is also not a comic book. He’s just a weiner. I would read a comic where he tries to step to Thor, and Thor just smashes his head with mjolnir and then venom eats his brains off the concrete and gets some magic powers for an issue or two.
