Harry Potter Spin-Off FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM Gets A Release Date
We have Batman v Superman, Captain America 3, & X-Men: Apocalypse set for 2016, but the year is about to get busier with the addition of Harry Potter spinoff, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Warner Bros. may have finished adapting the seven Harry Potter novels, but they're nowhere near ready to let that extremely profitable franchise go! While it won't star the titular character, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is set in the same universe and takes place a number of years before the events seen in the previous eight movies. Based loosely on a book J.K. Rowling wrote for charity, it will be an original story and marks her screenwriting debut. When will you be able to see it? Well, it looks set to be Christmas 2016's big release! Excited?
