First Trailer of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra!

Looks fairly awful, need to see the full trailer before i can properly tear it to shreds!

G.I. JOE died along time ago regardless. This movie might revive the serise..thats all I see coming out of this...and if the movie is sucessful then of course youll se 2 more sequels on their way.

Everyone was skeptical about Transformers...its Micheal "explosion" Bay who directed the movie...but he GOT it right. I see G.I. Joe as I see Xmen...Xmen series was crap...They changed everything about them. Even the teams.

G.I. Joe so far looks alot better then Xmen from the damn 12 sec. trailer...thats all I got to say! lol

i agree an xmen reboot is crucial. its ashame though they were on to a good start with the choice of actors and plot in the first movie

and as far as this clip goes..i really couldnt make out **** from that clip so i have nothing to say about it

The shot of them walking together, I see that as a poster that they will be pushing for the holiday season.

When the guy jumps off the motorcycle a giant drill bit comes out of the ground. I saw this vehicle mock-up at Comic Con last year. It looked like shit there. Wait till you see it in the movie. Ugh.

I actually like it and think it looks more promising than I expected. For those that say Joe died a long time ago, I don't think so. There has been many GI Joe cartoons since the original. This year there is also an animated film coming out that looks more promising. It is aimed at "mature" audiences.

VERY SHORT!!! Hell what ive seen looks better than what i thought it was gonna be but really a couple of seconds aint nothing to judge a movie by!!! Im really hoping for this one!!! ; ) I was a JOE fan as nearly as long as a STAR WARS fan an hoping the best for this!!! Hell i wasn't much of a TRANSFORMERS fan ever, seen a couple of the cartoons read the marvel issue where spidey appeared but that's it!! An TRANSFORMERS movie blew me away!!! I hope GI JOE does too!!! : )

I looked back at it, and there's only one thing i didn't like, Snake Eyes' mask had a mouth line. I know he wont talk in the movie, but I liked the no facial features-mask he had as a toy and comic/cartoon character. But as I said before, this movie looks sick, can't wait.

Wow I regret ripping this movie without seeing any footage. I think it looks pretty cool from that short clip. It already looks a lot better then I thought it was going to look. Sienna Miller looks smoking hot too.

that was a good one grif. that was kindof a crappy trailer. sure snake eyes look cool and all but the first transformers trailer rocked. and this one wasn't on any of the same levels as transformers. but i will see it anyway. i just hope it is better than the trailer presents

That looks friggin awesome! But I never really followed the cartoon. But it does look a bit dark in comparison but it's probably just all the black suits. But I'm definitely gonna go see it.

i had my doubts about this movie but after seeing that i can't wait.

Hate and war are good if its placed right! Can't be effective at one without the other. Rorshach, here's a life lesson: If one life wants to overthrow, rule, and perhaps kill another life, then the second life has a right and a duty to themselves, and to the other lives that are pussies, to throw-down and kick the living sh-- out of the other in defense!

Looks promising, but flashy action sequences don't make a good movie. I will reserve judgement until further notice.

Apparently there is no physics in the GiJoe movie world, they change direction in impossible ways in midair, also spooky terrorists melting the Eiffel tower, sure that will teach the whole world not to mess with them, and the CGI seems to be...off at least the lighting and texturing.

Oh and Phinehas guess you feel that Osama had every right with their 9/11 attack or that the USA was right in invading and killing innocents just to get oil money (I'm still waiting for the US Army to find the weapons of mass destruction) or Hiroshima AND Nagasaki were justified. Also.. let me see, who can judge when hate and war are placed right? you? me? the president of the USA? an orphan child in Irak after they bombed their house? the UN? Israel? Japan? EU? US politics really need to stop thinking they are the ones that keep the world safe (some Hollywood movies sure don't help) maybe then the world will stop polarizing and hating each other, although it seems to be going in that direction, I'm still wary of Mr. Obama and his change speech (which the media has so forcefully tried to push down my throat).

That Eiffle Tower scene makes me think of Team America World Police when they kill the terrorists in Paris. HAHAHA!
