I've been saying it from near day one and this turd of a clip only further confirms it for me... Faux Joe!!! [frick]in' awful. The suits are needless idiotic fluff that I am sure Sommers threw in because he thought they would be "freakin' cool!" What a useless hack.

I think it looks ok.

This coming from someone who was never really a Joe fan.

But it doesnt lok that bad. Not the best either.

Unlike most of you, I'm going to wait to see the movie before I judge this flick

the scenes with those suits are so pathetic, i cant believe the effects team did an amateurish job like that, and the movie execs let it pass, its laughable.

Well, I'll be ok with the power ranger suits if Cobra has the BATS. I always thought that they should have been a bit more over powering in the cartoon, but the Joe's always made short work of them...which was odd. Plus, the Cobra chemical weapons eat metal...should eat those suits pretty quick...

Sienna Miller in tight leather outfit...she talked in the clip?...who cares?

I always thought that every other character in the cartoon who wore a mask was just trying to be as cool as Snake Eyes who was justified to wearing a mask. Kinda glad Storm Shadow wasn't wearing a mask. Kinda upset that Destro isn't in some kind of chrome Doctor Doomesk helmet though.

Anyone seen what Cobra Commander looks like?

Look dont get me wrong, Storm Shadow has been in suits in the comic before and he uses his ninja outfit during a missions, but and I mean in a movie where there running around in super suits, would it be so wrong to have him in his ninja costume?

I don't know what you guys are mad about! This looks pretty awesome. Off course the suits are not from the comics but I'll give this movie a pass. These shots look so damn awesome. Go Joe!!!

Yes the excelerator suits look awful and are pretty lame but Sommers did not "throw" the suits into the movie. Those suits would be Hasbro's idea. I think the idea was to incorporate Sigma 6 idea into the new 3 3/4" toy line.

If they wanted to make this kind of movie just call it something else cause this is not my gi joe. They are pawning off some crap movie and trying to cash in on a name. "You may tell yourself. I never wanted to see Storm Shadows face... not in this movie anyways!!!! god they cant even think about building a character that is a true secret weapon, He should have been like grunt in GI Joe as a double agent that we never see him with mask off till we find out the betrayal!!!!!!!!! This isnt a movie about Metroid , this is supposed to be GI JOE! Oh and the Baroness without an accent is as stupid as Sabertooth that is smaller than Wolverine and has short hair and has brown hair and so lame! She couldnt even fake an ACCENT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!???!?!?!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooooooooo [frick]in Pissed!!!!!!! Oh and the acting between the TWO GI Blows was TERRIBLE!!!!!Photobucket

Hey are those modified Ninja Boots that are meant to look like regular "Tenny Shoe" ?! Gawd that is truly awful. I hope snake eyes kills this Cauncer by cutting his laces during battle and the Dip $hit in white slips on a marble! StormShadow (whom i named my snowboard after) is my all Time Favorite and this is a travesty! Why would He walk in the front door without a mask?! He's a Flippin Ninja fer Chrissakes!!!! and he damned sure wouldnt get seen/and smashed by some Idiot that requires a suit to fight with. So Joes intelligence is soooo lacking that only piss, balls, and Meck Suits can save the day?!

How can there be anyone defend this movie with a straight face? I mean the plot sounds juvenile, the dialogue in the trailers is horribly cliched and everything about about it screams " This is a desperate grab for cash".

I'm not usually one to judge, everyone has their own preferences, but this movie looks like a direct to dvd feature not something for theatrical release. I just don't see how you can view the trailer and still put in league with other summer block busters. At best I put it with such movies as Spy Kids. Which isn't a diss to movies like that, there is a place for childrens action movies and this should be billed as one, unfortunately it's stuck in the middle. It's plot and dialogue fit the quality of a childrens movie, it's imagry tries to be adult, this effectively creates its own failure.

that clip above looks like a mix between Conan & Mortal Kombat

i don't understand this clip, why would cobra sent 2 key players on a mission only to destroy the eiffle tower? WHC! what purpose does that serve? OOOHHHHH!!!! the eiffle tower is gone!!!! i could see if they wan't to destroy thousand of lives in a terrorist act, but why? then threaten the caputre of these 2 key players by he GI joe(s). Why not have 2 thugs do it instead of stromshadow and the hot Baron chick. WHY?!
maybe i should just wait, i'm sure the movie will explain itself.

First off let me say thanks for the extended clip it let me see something that maid me hate the movie more lol. What I really want to say is thank you, thank you so much, The Storm Riders was such a bad ass movie, I had no [frick]ing clue they where making a part two 'Storm Warriors' this is such great news. Oh and here is what made me hate this even more. At first I thought Storm Shadow looked pretty cool, then I seen his Hightops that he was rocking and I thought that was pretty funny, but this blows everything out of the water, I guess I didnt notice this, but Snake eyes has a ruber mouth lol. Yes in the comics he has had sometime an endint in his cloth mask when he was talking, but this is just stupid looking.

As you can see the first pics of him look pretty good, I mean its dark he is in the shadows, hard to see much, but all in all he looks like a ninja, a lean mean killing machine.
