SPOILERS: Thoughts On The New G.I. JOE: RETALIATION Preview

It was very exciting, but I think my views can be best expressed in the video below that features Byung–Hun Lee as Storm Shadow and Ray Park as Snake Eyes.

In this sequel, the G.I. Joes are not only fighting their mortal enemy, Cobra, they are forced to contend with threats from within the government that jeopardize their very existence. The film stars D.J. Cotrona, Byung-hun Lee, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Park, Jonathan Pryce, RZA, Ray Stevenson, Channing Tatum with Bruce Willis and Dwayne Johnson. Directed by Jon M. Chu, and produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Brian Goldner, written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick based on Hasbro’s G.I. Joe® characters. March 29th, 2013!

some of these action sequences are beyond stretching credibility! it's like they're trying to compete with superheroes, and end up makin themselves look ridiculous in the process

I don't like it. Maybe it's just this bootleg, but that was quite disorienting. I was planning on seeing this with low expectations, but honestly don't know if I can lower them even more.

That was awesome! I wonder why does Snake Eyes need Storm Shadow so bad? And how did Storm Shadow even survive in the first movie? He was stabbed and fell in an icy pond under water, lol.

tired of the [frick]king automatic ads that play over every goddamn page. trying to watch a video and there are 2 others playing the same thing at two different speeds in the background. how about automatically play them but mute them and if someone wants to see the same trailer 30 times then they can turn the audio on.

Honestly, I don't think I could be any more excited to see this. Cool stuff!

@Nail..if you come across any Cobra Commander footage, please post. They're leaving us in the dark with him. I think he'll be done right this time.

Thought it looked sweet. Reminded me of the 80's comic.

I just hope it's not a Rock movie and it's G.I. Joe. I also know I will hear some backlash... But don't care that Willis is in it. He is ok but I did not want him in the Joe's. He just reminds me of the guy that tries to be as cool and tough as his two buddies Arnold and Stallone.

To me the style screams G.I. Joe but The Rock and Bruce Willis ruins the feeling. Too known for this film sorry.
And plot contains too small team of Joes.
What i wanted to see is Cobra starting a WW3 and Joes trying to stop them with all its memorable members.

Just should have rebooted.

Storm Shadow, Snake-Eyes, Firefly and Cobra Commander are gonna be the most enjoyable characters from this movie i bet.

Now that is the GI Joe I played with as a kid. Also paying homage to the original comics with the silent interlude.

Much better than Stephen Somer's James bond wannabe movie that raped GI Joe mythology.

I've got a 6 inch Major Bludd you can play with. He has a funny helmet and one eye.

Looks cool enough.

Not cool enough to bump it up from a Redbox rental to a opening weekend ticket though.

The Snake Eyes mountain fight scene looks cool and believable, b/c we all know from the cartoons EXACTLY what Snake Eyes can do. He's a waaaaay above average ninja, so why not make him a bad ass?
