ABOUT ARROW -  After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. He returned home to Starling City, welcomed by his devoted mother Moira (Susanna Thompson), beloved sister Thea (Willa Holland) and former flame Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy). With the aid of his trusted chauffeur/bodyguard John Diggle (David Ramsey), the computer-hacking skills of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) and the occasional, reluctant assistance of former police detective, now beat cop, Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne), Oliver has been waging a one-man war on crime.

ABOUT THE FLASH - After a particle accelerator causes a freak storm, CSI Investigator Barry Allen is struck by lightning and falls into a coma. Months later he awakens with the power of super speed, granting him the ability to move through Central City like an unseen guardian angel. Though initially excited by his newfound powers, Barry is shocked to discover he is not the only “meta-human” who was created in the wake of the accelerator explosion – and not everyone is using their new powers for good. Barry partners with S.T.A.R. Labs and dedicates his life to protect the innocent. For now, only a few close friends and associates know that Barry is literally the fastest man alive, but it won’t be long before the world learns what Barry Allen has become...The Flash.

New Episodes of THE FLASH & ARROW Air Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW!

Whenever I see the actor playing Eddie Thawne on The Flash I get annoyed.
That guy should be Barry Allen/Flash. He looks like Barry from the comics.
Grant is okay but the TV show has made Flash/Barry into a Spider-Man/Peter type character.
Lean built, brown haired, boyish looks who's awkward around girls with dead parent issues.
That's not how the original Barry Allen/Flash is supposed to be.

Also,Oliver Queen is not Ollie from the comics,Arrow show is making him a brooding type & not the more flamboyant,smart-ass from the comics. He's a Bruce Wayne/Batman knock-off. These are TV shows not comics but c'mon...
As long as I realize these are "alternate" versions,I can live with it. The REAL versions are in the books.
Overall CW has done a pretty good job making entertaining superhero shows.

As not-too-happy about the current season of Arrow as I am - the whole thing is pretty damn cool! :D

Are we ever going to get over the self realization that a Superhero/Suervillian has a ridiculous name gag? It's getting real old.
