In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, where a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers. But when a new enemy called Parallax threatens to destroy the balance of power in the Universe, their fate and the fate of Earth lie in the hands of their newest recruit, the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan.




Green Lantern is set to be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on October 14th in the US and on the 17th in the UK.

Why would they use that as a promotional clip? His look and overall character was one of the worst things about the movie. Why would you remind people of that?

Hector Hammond was one of the 2 redeeming factors in the movie..... The other obviously was Mark Strong's performance as Sinestro

Anyone who thought Hector Hammond was stupid in this movie has obviously never picked up an issue of Green Lantern and therefore needs to shut up.

If you're gonna make fun of this movie, aim it at the evil fart cloud or the ridiculous pacing, but Peter Sarsgaard's Hector Hammond was one of the best things about the film.

THIS MOVIE SUCKED SO BAD I ALMOST CRIED WATCHING IT. ANYONE WHO LIKES THIS MOVIE LOSES ALL CREDIBILITY AND HAS OBVIOUSLY GONE INSANE! THE WORST COMIC BOOK MOVIE EVER!!!!!! AND I LOVE GL AND BUY HIS COMICS. PPL NEED TO STOP LYING TO THEM SELVES AND SAYING ITS GOOD AND STOP SUPPORTING IT THEY FAILED IT'LL GET REBOOTED IN 5YRS AND THATS IT.....OK IM DONE....OH YEAH I WROTE IT ALL IN CAPS BECAUSE IM THINKING VERY LOUDLY SO YEAH!.......

i have and honestly that was just stupid to do that from the beginning. catwoman is a character in the story of BATMAN and taking him out made no sense so that movie was doomed from the start but yeah that was pretty bad good point.
