Marvel Studios’ “Iron Man 3″ pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

Thor 2 suffered from a shit villain. Everything else was perfect! Had Malekith been fleshed out more, it would have been better than IM3 imo. Can't wait for Thor 3 though. The way Thor 2 ended with Loki on the throne left me wanting more :/

@NovaCorpsFan

Yes I do.

Iron Man 2 is a good movie, Iron Man 3 is a great movie (with strange creative decisions THAT WORK WELL).

This site has one fault; the people who constantly complain about something being horrible, when really they didn't like a single element of it, Jesus people, grow up.

IRON MAN 3 was the best in series so far to me and here's why

Marvel has done a great job of building threads that pay off in later movies which is what I expect will happen with Iron Man. first an example

In The Incredible Hulk at the end of movie we see Bruce Banner practicing controlling the Hulk and seemingly being able to change to Hulk at will and control it, later that scene was paid off in THE Avengers.

In Iron Man 3 all the signs point to TOny being now equipped with the Extremis ARMOR but we have yet to see that pay off yet as I believe it will in Avengers Age of Ultron. think about it at end of movie he destroys all armors but still says HE IS IRON MAN, then the after credit scene was with Bruce Banner this is a reflection of where Tony is now he will be able to change into Iron Man out of extremis similar to Banner changing to HULK.

I loved Iron Man 3 and I think when everyone else sees the payoff next time we see IRONMAN then alot of opinions may change???

Iron Man 2 was TERRIBLE, it had no redeeming qualities. Iron Man 3 is a good movie... not perfect, not great, but it's entertaining and fun. You should alls top whining about the Mandarin..he's a lame villain anyway

I liked IM3 and watched it at least 20 times. I have the thing downloaded to my mac. Ironman is the best in the franchise but all of the movies are good to perfect. I don’t understand some critics its like people don’t wanna have fun since TDK trilogy. SMH

IM2----> Mickey Rourke's bird. Donuts. And too many Avengers hints. Just too many.

IM3---> Hey Shane Black, RDJ has a message for you:

Also too much comedy, Marvel has to do something about this. It's ok to get something lighter than the TDK trilogy but sometimes it's just ridiculous *cough* TDW's interns, subway scene... *cough*

The comparison between IM3 and The Incredibles is correct IMO. Both films had similar but excellent plots. That's why The Incredibles was a great movie, and so was IM3.
