Don Cheadle Spills The Iron Man 2 Cameo Beans

War Machine tells us that Thor and Hulk both make an appearance in Iron Man 2.

“Thor and Hulk both make an appearance in this film. They work at a diner," Cheadle told MTV News, “You heard it hear first. Thor is actually in the movie. He eats Tony Stark. He consumes him into his godlike belly and spews him into the world. He turns into stars actually.”

"It’s a strange twist. I don’t know that they’re going to stay with it. It may not make it to the final cut, but it was cool to see filmed," Cheadle states.

Don is obviously joking here but we all knew this type of news was coming. With Thor and The Avengers on Marvel's horizon they were bound to have a few of The Avengers make an appearance in Iron Man 2.

i actually think its possible they might refer to banner or something, maybe by a shield agent, but no way thor will make it in before he gets a movie of his own.

Who has been casted for Thor? This is non-news. I doubt Cheadle read the full script. He probably has no clue what Easter Eggs are in it.

@ Phineas: Chris Hemsworth is cast as Thor and has been for a couple months now. This is totally a possibility. The only reason there is no specifics is cause Marvel told Cheadle not to give specifics.

Well he was obviously lieing about the whole eating Iron Man thing, but he might be serious about them being in the film. I remember a couple a months ago someone, I believe it was Kevin Feige, said that Iron Man 2 would be how they introduced Thor.

i wouldn't put it past favereau to put banner in the movie but marvel just recently cast thor.
i can't see him making an appearance.

there was a story on here a couple weeks ago about hulk having a cameo, but it was a rumor, nothing confirmed. i can't see them introducing thor in this movie. donald blake, MAYBE, but not thor.

I am hoping that both Thor and Hulk/Banner will both make cameos in the movie. These little cameos with different marvel characters help to weave the other movies together to culminate in the Avengers movie. Those easter eggs/cameos in Iron Man made it great!

Yea right Donny, and oh look theres a flying pig! And hey is Howard The Duck, She-Hulk and Ego The Living Planet in it too? You joker Donny. Wow I love this guy, he is gonna make a great Rhodey (and that wasnt sarcasm!)

You never know, maybe Bruce could be working in a diner while hiding from the law and Tony and Nick run into him. The Thor part is rubbish though, obviously lol However, I will just wait and see what happens because I dont think we will find out who is gonna cameo until Iron Man 2 is released (oh except for of course Stan Lee but you can always count on him)

I think Thor will have a cameo, at the end, maybe like Tony Stark finds Isengard, like he would say like Oh we found this floating island, we need to investigate, then once he says that there will be a cut scene where the camera moves slowly up, after a bit you will see a kingdome, then another cutsceen you'll see Thor's Hammer, the camera will sit there for a bit then "boom" a hand grabs it and takes it away, then credits....
