First Official Iron Man 2 Photo on Friday

Iron Man 2 director Jon Favreau has tweeted that the first official photo from the sequel will run in USA Today on Friday.

Favreau also posted on his Twitter account earlier today that Robert Downey Jr. was wearing an improved practical suit on the set. He said it is "much lighter and less restrictive. Downey looks great in it."

Whether or not this will be the image released is not known.

Now that is Freakin' Awesome finally some official photos. I'm really getting that Friday copy on USA Today. GOD I'M EXCITED!!!

To be quite honest, downey in an iron man suit wont be too 'wow' even though it's better than him walking into stark industries or something 'normal' :P I'm thinking something more on the lines of maybe Rourke's shadow/dimly lit in a dark room, revieling just a bit of his suit ect. It'd be quite interesting, fun to tease with, and can also raise some discussion.

We'll wait and see :P

Man, I hope Crimson isn't the main villain. He's too much like Iron Monger/Iron Man; that was the most boring part of the first movie - when Ironman fought Iron Monger.

Whiplash would be cool, but man, I really want to see the Mandarine. I bet they are saving him for the final movie.
