Iron Man 2 movie tie-ins keep surfacing, the latest being with Oracle; a database technology and computer applications company. Oracle has recently updated their site to include several
Iron Man 2 themed goodies: wallpapers, videos and an invitation for fans to help the Stark Expo and win an exclusive Iron Avenger poster. Here are the details:
"For Iron Man 2, Oracle has become a proud sponsor of Stark Expo: a showcase of the latest innovations in green business practices. But trouble looms on the horizon. The entire tradeshow depends on the security and support of a cloud computing architecture. Only the expertise of a trained Master Cloud Operative can ensure that all systems are free from attack or overload.
And that’s where you enter the picture. Join Marvel and Oracle by becoming a Master Cloud Operative and help save Stark Expo from an uncertain fate. But first, you’ll need to complete your training and test your troubleshooting skills in the Oracle Pavilion starting April 9, 2010.
Every qualified Master Cloud Operative will receive a free Iron Man 2 movie poster (while supplies last)."
Oracle has also posted this faux magazine ad and video commercial, which offer us a bit more insight into Stark Industries (open the image to view it full-sized):
