Many of you are already familiar with Kotobukiya, the company behind some of the finest statues and busts based off of DC, Marvel and Star Wars characters. A little bit of information that some statue collectors seem to overlook is that Marvel Studios works exclusively with Kotobukiya to bring audiences the most detailed character pieces from their films (click on the image on the right to see the Iron Man 2 Mark Vi statue). Stan Winston Studios provided Kotobukiya with exclusive armor designs and models to base their Iron Man statues off of. Today, Marvel has finally released images of the third highly anticipated Iron Man 2 collectors statue: War Machine:

'Sculpted by Erick Sosa, War Machine stands nearly 11 2/3inches tall atop a cylindrical Repulsor Transmitter base in matching colors. Improving on the previous Iron Man ArtFX Statues, War Machine has upgraded LED lights in the eyes, chest, fists and base! Each ArtFX Statue is constructed of high-quality PVC. Don't miss out on one of the most highly anticipated armor suits from "Iron Man 2," and the perfect complement to the Iron Man Mark VI Fine Art Statue!

Look for the War Machine ArtFX Statue in November, with a suggested retail price of $119.99.'

I've always liked Iron Man's design, especially the movie design. I really want to get a proper statue of it, whether it's from Hot Toyz or Kotobukiya. Any one that looks awesome. Too bad they're always so expensive...

But for Hot Toyz, I hear it doesn't feel very durable and that it might break after handling it. If that's true, that really sucks, as their Iron Man figures look amazing. So very, very detailed.

@grif - Yeah, I see what you mean. That is kind of cool though. I like how it moves independently. As for the ammo, um...yeah. No clue.

put that action figure in a ten second fight against a whiplash action figure, and you have Iron Man 2
