He doesnt look as hideously disfigured as he does in the comic, but i guess its enough to get the point across..

Yeah I agree his face is all wrong I hope these are flashback shots before he was disfigured or something to that nature.

They probably dont want to disfigure him too much incase people unaware of the character think he's just a total rip-off of 2 Face.

well maybe the eye will be CGI...oh well. If you look at the 2 pics again his expressions in the face looks the exactley the same. Like they took his head off in one pic and placed it in the other. Just thought that was weird looking.

They'll probably do CG to ramp it up, but I hope they don't go as far as they did with two-face in DK, that was a bit over the top, broke the believability factor for me, it looked like he shouldn't have been able to function at all, he was so messed up.

@InstigatorGirl---That's what I'm hoping they'll do! Just how they did Two-Face's effects.

I watched TDK the other day, and it still amazes me how flawless some of the scenes of Dents scarred face are! The way his eyes move in sync; it's flawless! You'd swear this Dude was really burnt!

If the HEX Crew are smart, they'd get the same TDK effects guys to do Hex's face. :)

Anybody else find it odd that he has exactly the same face in both images and that the second one looks a little too small for his head. I think these images are suspect. Either that or I am just very disappointed and striving for something to make me feel better.

JerusalemJr ("Jr"?) I thought the same thing. But checking them again, the teeth in the first one are more visible than the second one. So they are two separate faces, two pics.... but overacted, EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE GUY TAKING THE PICTURE.

yep; face had to be Photoshopped - identical in both pics; the makeup is probably just a guide for the CGI face to come.

I don't know much about photo shoping, so I may be off base, but I'd say the pictures are legit. Although the faces are similar I think that is just the make up job as the shadowing in the two pictures seems to me to signify that they are infact two pictures and not one head photoshopped onto another body. Just my two cents.

Let me first say that i don't know a damn thing about Jonah Hex... but looking at these pictures... I kinda wish they would have went with Thomas Jane... Thomas Jane is a bad ass. And honestly I think Josh Brolin is getting a little played out... he's in EVERYTHING these days. Not that I think he's a bad actor because that's not the case... I just like Thomas Jane better. Plus he's obviously passionate about it seeing as he made his own "audition photos" just because he loves the character so much.

I'm not sayin... I'm just sayin...

Look OK to me.
I prefer him as Jonah Hex over the futuristic Hex so I like what I see so far.

Hey if HEX makes in to HEX 3 i bet we could very well see him as FUTURISTIC HEX!!! Which i think would be kinda cool, bit like an ARMY OF DARKNESS thing going on!!! ; )
