Tracking indicates that Zack Snyder's Justice League looks set to have a great opening weekend at the box office, and those figures have now been backed up by an advance ticket sales update.

According to Fandango, Warner Bros.' DC superhero team-up flick is outpacing Wonder Woman’s sales within the same point in the cycle:

Based on a Fandango survey of more than 1,000 “Justice League” moviegoers:

89% are fans of DC Entertainment.
84% saw “Wonder Woman” on the big screen.
80% are excited by the lighter tone of “Justice League”
66% are fans of Jason Momoa from “Game of Thrones”
Fans picked Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Aquaman (Momoa) as the characters they most wanted to see in “Justice League.”

Of course, a block-busting opening weekend is pretty much par for the course with any big tentpole release these days, but it remains to be seen if The League's legs turn out to be as strong as Gal Gadot's Amazon Warrior.

Justice League hits theaters on the 17th. You can purchase your tickets HERE if you haven't already.

READ REVIEWS TONIGHT NO RT SCORE

Rotten Tomatoes is withholding the score for “Justice League” until Thursday — that’s one day before the film hits theaters.

However, the film’s review embargo is still set for Tuesday at 11:50 p.m. PST.

@411IDSigo - Will you bitch this much when IW comes out?

@DavidGray - I won't have to because DCBM.com will never write this many articles about IW.

@411IDSigo - DC articles get more clicks, and more comments than the average Marvel article. DC films being divisive is the best thing for today's modern clickbait culture, and arguments in the comments section mean even more ad revenue for editors/article creatos. It's all about money.

@obarium - Precisely. I believe that's why movie criticism died along with its journalism.
